The Warlock is a brand-new class in Diablo 4, and will be released along with the Lord of Hatred expansion. This launch will also bring lots of new items for the character. Here we'll go through all confirmed Diablo 4 Warlock Uniques in the upcoming Lord of Hatred and Season 13, including weapons, armor pieces, rings, and other accessories.
New Diablo 4 Warlock Unique Items (Lord of Hatred & Season 13)
Unlike other summoner classes in Diablo 4, Warlocks do not treat demons as simple pets—they brutally command and enslave the minions of Hell, bending these dark forces to their unbreakable will. Feared, hunted, and often misunderstood, Warlocks are masters of forbidden knowledge; they do not serve Hell, but weaponize it to protect Sanctuary from the very corruption that threatens it. Warlocks are explicitly designed to be Willpower-based, as this stat helps Warlocks dominate the battlefield and force the energy of Hell into existence. As with every new class in Diablo 4, the Warlock launches with a variety of powerful Unique items—crafted in the shadows over centuries, waiting for these restless masters to emerge and claim them.
Until now, for D4 Season 13 and the Lord of Hatred expansion, Blizzard has revealed 13 unique items for the Warlock class, including weapons, armor, and accessories. Below is a complete list, with full details on stats, effects, and beneficial skills.
1. Spine of Tathamet (Ancestral Unique Mace)
Item Type: Weapon (Mace)
Item Power: 900
815 Damage Per Second
593–889 Damage per Hit
1.10 Attacks per Second
+121 Willpower (critical for Warlock builds)
+300 Life on Kill (helps sustain in combat)
+75% Damage (boosts overall attack power)
+3 to Hell Fracture (increases the skill’s level and effectiveness)
Unique Effect: Hell Fracture deals 120% [100–120]% increased damage, and every 3rd cast creates a triple fracture. This effect turns Hell Fracture into a devastating AoE skill, as the triple fracture expands its damage range and hits more enemies.
Beneficial Warlock Skill: Hell Fracture. This Unique Mace is specifically designed for Warlocks who focus on Hell Fracture as their core damage skill. Its fixed effects cannot be transferred to other gear, so it works best in builds centered around this skill. The +3 to Hell Fracture and increased damage make it a must-have for any Hell Fracture-focused Warlock.
2. The Fecund Seal (Ancestral Unique Ring)
Item Type: Accessory (Ring)
Item Power: 900
86 All Resist (protects against all elemental damage)
+11.0% Willpower (boosts Warlock’s core stat)
+8.5% Critical Strike Chance (increases the chance of landing critical hits)
10.0% Cooldown Reduction (lets you use skills more frequently)
+3 to Sigil of Summons (improves the skill’s level and power)
Unique Effect: Sigil of Summons deals 100% [80–100]% increased damage, and you can summon up to 3 additional demon swarmers with kills outside the ritual. This effect turns Sigil of Summons into a more powerful summoning skill, as the extra demon swarmers add more damage and crowd control to the battlefield.
Beneficial Warlock Skill: Sigil of Summons. This Unique Ring is perfect for summoner-focused Warlocks. The increased damage to Sigil of Summons and extra demon swarmers make it easier to build a powerful army of demons, while the Cooldown Reduction and All Resist provide utility and survivability. Like all Unique items, its effects are fixed and cannot be transferred to other gear.
3. Kabraxis' Wall (Ancestral Unique Pants)
Item Type: Armor (Pants)
Item Power: 900
2004 Armor (provides strong physical defense)
+121 Willpower (boosts Warlock’s core stat)
+1000 Maximum Life (increases survivability)
+505 Poison Resistance (protects against poison damage)
+3 to Wall of Agony (improves the skill’s level and effectiveness)
Unique Effect: Wall of Agony gains the Fallen Army Variant for free and deals 30% [20–30]% increased damage. The Fallen Army Variant adds extra demons to Wall of Agony, turning it into a hybrid defensive and offensive skill—blocking enemies while dealing extra damage.
Beneficial Warlock Skill: Wall of Agony. These unique pants are ideal for Warlocks who use Wall of Agony as a defensive or crowd-control skill. The free Fallen Army Variant and increased damage make Wall of Agony more versatile, while the high Armor and Maximum Life help keep the Warlock alive in tough battles. Its fixed effects are exclusive to this item, so it pairs best with builds that use Wall of Agony.
4. Anathema of the Primes
Hitting enemies with a Core Skill increases the damage they take from you per Skill, up to a maximum limit. Additionally, Archfiend Demonform Skill Variants are considered Core Skills and cost Wrath to use. This item rewards Warlocks who focus on using Core Skills frequently, as it stacks damage over time and makes Archfiend Demonform more accessible.
5. Cage of Madness
When you use Evade, you transform into an angry Lunatic for a limited duration. After this duration ends, you explode for 2,500% of Command Fallen’s damage. While in the angry Lunatic form, your Movement Speed is increased, and you spawn a Mini Lunatic every half-second that seeks out enemies. Additionally, Command Fallen deals increased damage. This item adds a fun, aggressive twist to Evade, turning it into an offensive tool rather than just a defensive one.
6. Litany of Sable
Dread Claws deals increased damage, and when you gain a stack of Shadowform, additional claws fire out. This item is perfect for Warlocks who use Shadowform and Dread Claws together, as it amplifies the damage of Dread Claws and adds extra projectiles for more AoE damage.
7. Cowl of Malefic Torment
When you use Hex on enemies that are below a certain Life threshold, the Hex dooms them. This doom effect maintains the Hex and deals a portion of Doom’s damage every second until the enemy dies. Additionally, Doom deals increased damage. This item enhances Hex and Doom, making it a great choice for Warlocks who focus on cursing and DoT (damage over time) effects.
8. Lurid Pact
Rampage deals increased damage. Each enemy or demon killed by Rampage increases the size of the brute (summoned by Rampage) and the power of its smashes. This item rewards aggressive play, as killing more enemies with Rampage makes the brute stronger and more destructive.
9. Seal of the Ophanim
Profane Sentinel deals increased damage, and it summons an additional eye that follows you for 10 seconds. The extra eye adds more damage and utility, making Profane Sentinel a more effective summon for Warlocks who rely on it for defense or damage.
10. The Eightfold Idol
Blazing Scream leaves trails of Sigil of Subversion (either Shadow or Lava) behind it. Additionally, Sigil of Subversion deals increased damage. This item turns Blazing Scream into a zone-control skill, as the trails of Sigil of Subversion deal extra damage and slow or weaken enemies.
11. Ae'grom's Schism
Ae’grom and its summons deal increased damage. Additionally, you summon Ae’grom’s other half and gain a second Charge of Command Ae’grom. This item is a game-changer for Warlocks who use Ae’grom as their primary summon, as it doubles the number of Ae’groms and boosts their damage.
12. Hellhound’s Sabatons
Abodian (a Warlock summon) deals increased damage. After Command Abodian ends, you are connected with a fire chain that deals Command Abodian’s Drag damage periodically and grants you increased Movement Speed for a limited time. This item enhances Abodian’s damage and adds a useful Movement Speed buff, making it great for mobile Warlock builds.
13. Rictus of Terror
Taz’rauth (a Warlock summon) deals increased damage. Command Taz’rauth’s Terror Realm is upgraded to an Ultimate Skill and lasts longer. While Terror Realm is active, your Abyss Skills can Execute enemies (instantly kill enemies below a certain Life threshold). This item turns Taz’rauth into a powerful Ultimate summon, making Abyss Skills even more deadly.
How to Get Warlock Unique Items in Diablo 4 S13 & LoH?
Currently, Blizzard has not officially revealed the exact drop locations or farming methods for all Warlock Unique items. However, based on how Unique items work in previous Diablo 4 expansions and seasons, we can outline the most likely ways to farm and get these powerful items. Once D4 Lord of Hatred and Season 13 launch, we will have more details on specific drop locations for each Unique item. Be sure to check back for updates once the expansion is live.
1. Endgame Activities
Helltides: These events spawn across Sanctuary and offer high-tier loot, including Unique items. Opening Tortured Gifts (found during Helltides) with Aberrant Cinders has a chance to drop Warlock Uniques.
Tree of Whispers: Completing activities to earn Grim Favors and exchanging them for Collections can reward Unique items. This is a reliable way to farm Uniques, as Collections often include gear specific to your class.
Infernal Hordes: This wave-based endgame activity ends with a multi-boss fight. Using Burning Aether (earned from defeating waves) to open Spoils of Equipment chests has a high chance to drop Unique items, including Warlock-specific ones.
2. Target Farming Bosses
Diablo 4 unique items can also drop from Lair bosses in the game: some are part of the general Unique item pool and can drop from any boss, while others are boss-specific—requiring you to target specific bosses such as Andariel, Duriel, Belial, and the Butcher. It is also likely that the new boss and new endgame activities introduced in Lord of Hatred will drop Warlock-specific Unique items.
Keep in mind that bosses in World Tier 4 have the highest chance to drop Ancestral Uniques, so it’s best to farm these bosses once you reach World Tier 4 and have a high enough character level (55+ for Ancestral items).
3. Gambling at the Purveyor of Curiosities
The Purveyor of Curiosities allows you to gamble for gear using Obols. While gambling is not a guaranteed way to get specific Unique items, it has a chance to drop any Unique item, including Warlock-specific ones. This is a good option if you have extra Obols and want to try your luck.
