Diablo 4’s Season 10 brings new ways to chase mythic and chaos uniques by farming Infernal Warp, a key seasonal currency. This infernal warp guide will help you maximize your farming efficiency, highlighting the most effective Infernal Warp locations and strategies. If you want to get chaos armor, mythic items, and sparks quickly, read on for the best approaches this season.
Infernal Warp is a seasonal resource used to unlock powerful rewards in Diablo 4’s Season 10, including chaos uniques and mythic items. You collect Infernal Warp mainly from Chaos Rifts in Hell Tides and Nightmare Dungeons, and then use it to purchase warp scrolls that grant massive reputation with the new board in Viz-Jaq'taar. As you build up reputation, you’ll earn rewards like chaos armor, gold, compasses, layer boss keys, and most importantly, Resplendent Sparks needed for crafting mythic uniques.
The system is designed so that once you’ve finished the journey on one character, you can repeat it on new characters, resetting the board and gaining the rewards again. This repeatable cycle is the foundation for the current best method to infinitely farm sparks and chaos uniques.
The main places to gather Infernal Warp are:
Chaos Rifts in Helltides: These are high-density farming zones where rifts can spawn rapidly depending on your kill speed and movement. If you play a fast build like Ball Lightning Sorcerer or Evade Spiritborn Rogue, you can manipulate spawn rates and farm huge amounts of Infernal Warp per hour. Reports show players getting up to 40,000 warp in a single Hell Tide session, especially when moving quickly and focusing on rift spawns.
Nightmare Dungeons with Chaos Rift Affixes: These dungeons can be even more efficient than Hell Tides, since you don’t need to worry about competition from other players. When you use sigils with the Chaos Rift affix, you’ll find rifts throughout the dungeon that drop Infernal Warp, and there’s no cap to how much you can collect if you keep running sigils.
Tributes and Layer Bosses: While traditional boss farming for mythic uniques is less attractive this season, running tributes of titans or ascendants can reward you with keys and sometimes even mythic uniques, but the focus for Infernal Warp remains on rifts in Hell Tides and dungeons.
Prioritize Chaos Rifts in Hell Tides: Open your map, identify rift locations, and dash to them as quickly as possible. Other players can close rifts before you get there, so speed is vital.
Run Chaos Rift Sigil Dungeons: Whenever you have Nightmare Sigils with the Chaos Rift affix, use them. These dungeons are uninterrupted and can be farmed back-to-back with no outside interference.
Success in farming is heavily dependent on build choice. Fast, high-damage builds like Ball Lightning Sorcerer (with perma-teleport) or Spiritborn Rogue excel here. The ability to move quickly between rifts and clear mobs instantly will multiply your Infernal Warp gains. As shown in gameplay samples, players have gone from 150,000 to over 190,000 Infernal Warp during a single Hell Tide just by manipulating rift spawns and maintaining kill speed.
Rift spawns seem to be influenced by how quickly and how many monsters you kill, as well as how fast you move through the zone. Players report that if you clear areas rapidly, rifts keep spawning, sometimes appearing behind you as you pass through a region.
Try circling through zones repeatedly, as rifts can respawn in areas you've already cleared.
Avoid crowded zones when possible, other players can reduce your efficiency by taking rifts before you get to them. Turning off crossplay can help reduce competition.
Running solo is generally preferable, since loot isn’t shared and only the player who gets the kill receives the Infernal Warp drop. Parties may actually reduce the amount of reputation and warp you gain, as you’ll be competing for the same rifts.
Once you’ve banked a large stash of Infernal Warp, head to the NPC Cheyenne in Ylesnner. Exchange your warp for warp scrolls (each scroll costs 250 Infernal Warp and grants 6,000 reputation). Use these scrolls on a new character to instantly zoom through the reputation board and claim all its rewards again, including another Resplendent Spark and a series of chaos armor caches.
Since the reputation board resets for each new character, you can keep rotating new characters, popping all your saved warp scrolls, and collecting the rewards on your main via stash transfers. This is currently the best way to get infinite sparks and a steady flow of chaos and mythic uniques.
Ignore Cinders Until the End: Focus on rifts and reputation, then spend your cinders on chests once you’ve finished a loop.
Monitor Zone Population: If you notice too many players, switch to a less crowded zone or turn off crossplay to reduce competition.
Stack Reputation Buffs: Max out your Earn of Reputation and Earn of Chaos Nightmares to get 20% more rep and increase your chances of finding chaos rift sigils.
Don’t Forget Nightmare Dungeons: When you run out of Hell Tide rifts, jump into chaos rift dungeons to keep farming without downtime.
