8/8/2023 6:45:11 PM

We are going to have a new D4 patch tomorrow and today we will walk through the updated S tier builds after patch 1.1.1  (including the Sorc builds, Barb builds, Druid builds, Rogue builds and Necromancer builds) to look out for the ones that are getting decent buffs and should definitely be checked up on.

Best Diablo 4 Season 1 Buffed (Barb, Rogue, Sorc, Druid & Necro) Builds - Updated S Tier Post Buff Builds After Patch 1.1.1 in D4 S1

The Diablo 4 patch notes for 1.10a were met with harsh criticism. Well with Diablo 4 patch 1.1.1, Blizzard has begun reverting some of those changes and making adjustments to various aspects of the game, including character builds. These adjustments aim to improve balance, address issues, and enhance the overall gameplay experience. Here are the D4 Season 1 updated S tier post buff/nerf builds 1.1.1 that you're going to want to be on the lookout for or maybe even test yourself.

Best D4 S1 Buffed Barbarian Builds After Patch 1.1.1

- Bleed Barbarian Build:

The first best Diablo 4 buffed build for patch 1.1.1 is the bleed Barbarian builds, they did a lot of really nice buffs to the gushing wounds and this is the one that is the most interesting and also the one that is going to be giving the most impact. For the overpowering damage, overpower is a weird mechanic as they said they want it to not be guaranteed, so you have to work around a timer which makes it a little bit more awkward. However, bleed damage dealt based on critical damage bonuses increased from 100% to 115%.

- Barb Walking Arsenal Build:

The other one is going to be the Walking Arsenal Barbarian build. Walking Arsenal is something that a lot of people trying to get working and this key passive is really strong. Problem is that rotating between your weapons doesn't really happen very easily. So increasing the duration is going to be important to keep up that damage duration up which is really nice.

So those are the two buffed builds in patch 1.1.1 you're going to want to be on the lookout for the Barbarian in Diablo 4 Season 1.

Best D4 S1 Buffed Rogue Builds Post Patch 1.1.1

The Rogue got nothing in terms of builds, it's so good. The biggest buff is maybe the poison trap and the potential for some siphoning strikes. Siphoning strikes have already gone over how mimi this buff is, it literally just like does nothing and also the poison trap isn't really used for damage all that often, it's usually used as a way to proc other passives, other skills. So for the Rogue, you're going to the new patch and basically see pretty much no difference from what you were doing before, maybe some usage of enhanced caltrops, maybe trying to fit caltrops into your build. So you're not going to get much out of the Rogue.

Best D4 1.1.1 Post Buff Druid Builds

- Companion Druid Build:

This one's probably the coolest one even though it's most likely one of the weaker ones. The big thing they're doing is two companions. So the damage is increasing quite a bit across the board for companions. The passive damages for Wolves all going up by almost 15%, you can see a 25% damage increased for Enhanced Wolf Pack, that's a very big increase compared to what it was before. And that can mean a lot. There's also the spirit cost reductions which generally just help all the builds and spirit generation increasing. And to be honest, Druid doesn't need help out of all the classes here, they're like one of the strongest speed farming, they're the best end game class, Druid doesn't really mean much. But some of the builds that needed a lot was the Companion Druid. You should be on the lookout for pumping out a lot more damage out of the Companion Druid. If we were to try anything on the Druid, it would definitely be Companions and see if that really gives it some viability. Druid is kind of in a similar spot to Rogue where their builds are already pretty good to, you're going to need some big changes in order for us to get some big excitement going, although any small buff to a class that's already good can mean a lot. So overall power increases from the Druid.

Best D4 1.1.1 Post Nerf Sorcerer Builds

There are two builds here that are really important to note.

- Fireball Sorcerer Build for Post Buff:

Similar to the Barbarian, the first one is going to be Fireball. So you get the Flickering Fireball which just generates mana, the enhanced Fireball just increases its radius now, you gotta increase Critical Strike damage. And for some of the paragons, that's pretty good, a lot of like the searing heat legendary node, meteor increases your Critical Strike chance that can be pretty impactful. They have a couple of the damage reduction buffs, but most importantly is a lot of your aspect of three curses for example increases the Critical Strike damage of Fireball. Some of the other ones like the engulfing flames bonus burning damage increase. These things can be interesting for some of these options if you start to synergize a lot of the fireball. Gloves of the Illuminator is pretty massive as well, so this is going to be a pretty big buff. You're going to massively reduce the damage penalty on Fireball. So we could see Fireball being a really interesting build now if you're hitting hard enough. But there's so many different buffs to consider. Fireball was hitting like a wet noodle, but we'll have to see when it's actually inside the game.

- Chain Lightning Sorcerer Build for Post Buff 1.1.1:

Now chain lightning was already solid, but now they've gotten so many aspect buffs like extra mana, you got your extra bounces increasing, they've also just buffed up the skills as well like greater chain lightning instead of just bouncing off of you whenever it just straight up bounces which is pretty important. So chain lightning has some options to be even better.

The difference between Chain Lightning and Fireball is that in this patch, Fireball got a lot more buffs, but Fireball was starting down here and Chain Lightning was like a mid-tier build. So Fireball has a lot to climb up and it might be able to do it. But chain lightning was already solid, so chain lightning is one that we'd be more interested in looking out for as the patch goes live.

Best D4 1.1.1 Buffed Necromancer Builds

- Bone Spear Necromancer Build:

The biggest thing to look out for is if you could abuse the aspect of exposed flesh on Necromancer builds that are not bone builds. Before, it was you know bone skills only, but now the ability to generate so much additional essence on these other options like blood builds or if you're running a summoner build or if you're running sub-shadow build, that extra essence generation could be very interesting, and that could be something that you could really see some power being forced into a lot of these builds, just due to their additional essence regeneration. Not only that, but also it buffs up bone spear quite a bit because you have the corpse skills on the bar, you have also other options that aren't bone skills. And now this is going to work with them. So you could say arguably the two most important things to look out for the Necromancer are bone spear itself which is kind of funny considering no one expected bone spear of all builds to be buffed, but it kind of is. And then in general, someone can abuse the exposed flesh aspect in some of the builds. So we don't have a specific build that we'd be looking out for besides bone spear, because like the Necromancer builds outside of the bone focus builds are a little bit mediocre comparatively to the rest of them. So without specific buffs, we are just not seeing anything that's going to be really interesting.
