With the beloved Sear's Reach dungeon nerfed and no longer guaranteeing royal gems, players have needed new sources for their high-tier gems, runes, keys, and crafting materials. Because these mats stack with your gem farm, you effectively get two rewards for the same run.
2. Hell Difficulty Prime Evils for Loot Explosions
From Torment 10 onwards, prime evil portals turn from yellow to red, allowing you to re-fight Baal, Mephisto, and Diablo on Hell difficulty.
