Diablo 4 Season 15 Best Builds Tier List for Pit Push & Speedrun

Season 15, also known as the Season of Hell's Legacy, has arrived alongside the 30th anniversary of Diablo, bringing the three Prime Evils, Soul Splinters, Legacy Uniques, and a wave of balance changes that reshape the meta. With Patch 3.2.1 now live, players are diving into The Pit to test which builds truly dominate the endgame ladder. With this Diablo 4 Season 15 Build Tier List, we rank every viable build for The Pit pushing and speedfarming in Season 15, from the absolute top-tier damage dealers to the strong contenders that can still push high tiers with the right setup.

Diablo 4 Season 15 The Pit Tier List - Best Builds for Pit Pushing & Speedrunning

Warlock has taken the crown as the dominant class in Season 15, even after receiving noticeable nerfs to Apocalypse and Blazing Scream through the Soul Splinter adjustments. Spiritborn recovered from the Tzic rune fix with compensation buffs across notes, skills, and items, keeping Poison Swarm right at the top of the speed farming charts. Barbarian, though taking a hit to core skills at roughly 30% damage reduction, remains extremely powerful thanks to Whirlwind and Flame Charge holding strong. Sorcerer sits comfortably with Firewall DoT as the strongest build in class, while Rogue's poison variants got a double boost from the new Hellfire Splinters. Druid, Paladin, and Necromancer received mixed results, with some builds getting large buffs while others are still catching up.

With that context set, here is the full ranking of the best builds for The Pit in Season 15, sorted from the absolute best all the way down to the reliable C-tier options.

1. Apocalypse Warlock (S Tier, Pit 150+)

Apocalypse Warlock sits at the very top of the Season 15 tier list as the king of pushing content. Even after being nerfed by roughly 4x damage along with a Soul Splinter reduction, this build still clears Pit 150 with relative ease. Before the nerf, Apocalypse Warlock was speed farming Pit 150 in under two minutes without perfect gear, which shows just how absurdly strong its base damage ceiling really is. For players chasing the highest possible push, this remains the number one choice in the game.

2. Blazing Scream Warlock (S Tier, Pit 150+)

Blazing Scream Warlock takes the second S-tier slot with jaw-dropping DPS scaling around 200 quintillion. While the Splinter nerfs affect it more than Apocalypse due to how it stacks the Demon Soul Splinter buff counter, it still competes directly for the best damage build in the game. Both Warlock builds sit far above other classes when it comes to raw pushing power, and Blazing Scream benefits from the improved rampage AoE unique that now scales properly with size.

3. Poison Swarm Spiritborn (S Tier, Pit 150 Possible)

Poison Swarm Spiritborn may actually be the best overall build in Season 15 once speed farming is factored in. The Tzic rune fix removed a hidden 500% damage bug, but compensation buffs across Paragon nodes, skills, and unique items softened the loss to only about a 2x damage nerf. It remains the fastest speed farming build in the entire game, tanky enough to survive endgame content, and still capable of pushing near Pit 150. If a single build had to be named the strongest overall, Poison Swarm makes a strong case.

4. Poison Pen Shot Rogue (S Tier, Pit 150 Possible)

Poison Pen Shot Rogue received a large boost from the two new Hellfire Splinters this season. As a DoT-based build in Season 15, penetrating shot benefits directly from the strongest damage multiplier Splinters available, which non-DoT builds simply cannot access. The Splinter nerfs do reduce its ceiling slightly, but the raw damage multiplier from the DoT variant keeps it firmly among the top pushing builds.

5. Charge Barbarian (S Tier, Pit 150 Possible)

Charge Barbarian was the strongest pushing Barbarian build last season and retains that position in Season 15. While Whirlwind is more effective for general farming, Flame Charge delivers the highest single-target damage output for the Barbarian class and pairs perfectly with the two new Hellfire Splinters. This build is the go-to option for Barbarian mains chasing the highest Pit clears possible.

6. Firewall DoT Sorcerer (A Tier, Pit 145+)

Firewall DoT Sorcerer continues its reign as the strongest Sorcerer build and one of the fastest teleport-based farmers in the game. The two new Hellfire Splinters double up perfectly with its DoT nature, keeping it firmly in the OP category. It may not be the absolute fastest speed farming build, but perma-teleport combined with reliable AoE clear makes it a fantastic all-around pick.

7. Whirlwind Barbarian (A Tier, Pit 145+)

Whirlwind Barbarian benefits from the Melted Heart of Selig buff being doubled, which makes the Immortal Barbarian variant excellent this season. Even with core skill nerfs dropping damage by around 30%, spin-to-win remains one of the most reliable and enjoyable speed farming options in the game. Barbarian took a hit overall, but the class is far from dead, and Whirlwind proves that.

8. HotA Barbarian (A Tier, Pit 145+)

Hammer of the Ancients Barbarian received a boost from the Furor buff, keeping this iconic Barbarian build relevant for pushing content. It maintains strong single-target damage output while offering a satisfying hard-hitting playstyle that many players return to season after season.

9. Rend Self-Cast Barbarian (A Tier, Pit 145+)

Rend Self-Cast Barbarian survived the PTR revert on Ravenous Aspect nerfs, meaning the damage and duration values on its key unique returned to their original state. Combined with the two new Hellfire Splinters, Rend offers a fresh option for Barbarian players who prefer bleed-focused gameplay.

10. Rain of Arrows Poison Rogue (A Tier, Pit 145+)

Rain of Arrows Poison Rogue was one of the strongest builds during the PTR and continues to perform at a high level in the live patch. It transitioned from a cold-based build to a poison variant after the Achur's Wrath explosion mechanic was removed, gaining strong scaling from the DoT-focused Splinters in the process.

11. Lunatic Warlock (A Tier, Pit 145+)

Lunatic Warlock offers infinite Wrath potential based on PTR testing and remains a chill build to play. However, since the Command Fallen helmet occupies the same slot as Leoric's Crown this season, it drops a peg from where it could have been. It scales well with max Wrath and provides plenty of resource for casting Fallen Command variants.

12. Shadow DoT Necromancer (A Tier, Pit 145+)

Shadow DoT Necromancer picks up strong scaling from the two new Hellfire Splinters, positioning it as one of the best Necromancer options in Season 15. The DoT synergy fits perfectly with the new Splinter kit, giving Necromancer players a legitimate high-tier option.

13. Rabies Druid (A Tier, Pit 145+)

Rabies Druid takes advantage of the doubled DoT damage from the new Hellfire Splinters, offering Druid players a fresh push option with strong endgame scaling. Although Druid took nerfs across the board this season, Rabies is one of the two new builds that gives the class real pushing potential.

14. Landslide Druid (A Tier, Pit 145+)

Landslide Druid returns to viability now that the Earth talisman set has been fixed after being broken during the PTR. Earth-focused scaling gives decent AoE potential for both farming and pushing, making it a legitimate option for players who prefer the Druid earth playstyle.

15. Tyrant's Grasp Warlock (A Tier, Pit 145+)

Tyrant's Grasp Warlock can hit Pit 145 without any fragment thanks to the Molloch volatility double dip fix, which was a 5x nerf offset by other adjustments in the class. It's a strong secondary Warlock option for players who want variety beyond Apocalypse and Blazing Scream.

16. Dance of Knives Poison Rogue (A Tier, Pit 145+)

Dance of Knives Poison Rogue puts out insane poison damage and pairs excellently with the DoT-focused Splinter setup. It remains one of the smoother Rogue playstyles for farming while still hitting hard enough to push high tiers.

17. Shield of Retribution Paladin (A Tier, Pit 145+)

Shield of Retribution Paladin got a four Pit tier buff since the PTR, with Shield Retribution now scaling thorns damage with skill ranks. That change alone provides roughly 3 to 4x more damage for free, and it stands as the only true A-tier Paladin pushing option available in Season 15.

18. Shred Druid (B Tier, Pit 140+)

Shred Druid remains one of the fastest builds in the game thanks to perma-teleport mechanics combined with Cataclysm's lightning storm AoE. While damage got heavy nerfs this season, its speed and mobility keep it as one of the best farming builds. Some snapshot fixes are coming, but it stays powerful even after those adjustments.

19. Ancient Call Barbarian (B Tier, Pit 140+)

Ancient Call Barbarian, also known as Brobarian, took a nerf that reduced its clear ceiling to around Pit 130. It still functions well for players comfortable with the ancient summon playstyle and offers a strong secondary Barbarian option outside the main meta picks.

20. Lightning Storm Druid (B Tier, Pit 140+)

Lightning Storm Druid offers great leveling and endgame performance with reliable AoE coverage. It's one of the smoother Druid builds to play and works as a solid pick throughout the entire seasonal journey.

21. Werenado Druid (B Tier, Pit 140+)

Werenado Druid is missing the Lightning tag but still performs nicely thanks to the updated tornado damage mechanics applying to all tornadoes rather than just returning ones. If the tornado movement issues get sorted out further, this build could climb higher in future patches.

22. Bear Companion Druid (B Tier, Pit 140+)

Bear Companion Druid took nerfs but remains a playable option for companion-focused Druid enthusiasts. It offers a more relaxed playstyle for players who prefer letting their pets do the work.

23. Stinger Spiritborn (B Tier, Pit 140+)

Stinger Spiritborn offers great leveling potential and crazy scaling with Potent Sting. It's a strong choice for players who prefer poison-based Spiritborn gameplay outside of the Poison Swarm meta.

24. Quill Volley Spiritborn (B Tier, Pit 140+)

Quill Volley Spiritborn stays a solid choice thanks to its consistent damage output and reliable clearing speed. It's always a dependable Spiritborn pick regardless of patch changes.

25. Blood Wave Necromancer (B Tier, Pit 140+)

Blood Wave Necromancer lost its OP scaling from last season due to overpower interaction nerfs, but remains the best Necromancer build available for pushing content. It still delivers strong wave-clearing damage for the class.

26. Meteor Sorcerer (B Tier, Pit 140+)

Meteor Sorcerer picked up the helm buff along with Paragon and Heat set improvements, giving it a refreshed look this season. It offers a fun alternative to Firewall for Sorcerer players who want variety.

27. Death Trap Rogue (B Tier, Pit 135+)

Death Trap Rogue is no longer bugged and still performs decently for players who enjoy the trap-based playstyle. It's a niche but functional Rogue option.

28. Twisting Blade Rogue (B Tier, Pit 135+)

Twisting Blade Rogue received fresh buffs this season, keeping it as a solid mid-tier option for melee-focused Rogue gameplay.

29. Fist of the Heavens Paladin (B Tier, Pit 140+)

Fist of the Heavens Paladin got buffed by four Pit tiers with quality-of-life improvements from the Judgement changes. It's the fastest Paladin build thanks to perma-evade mechanics and insane AoE clear, making it a surprisingly strong farming option.

30. Wing Strike Paladin (B Tier, Pit 135+)

Wing Strike Paladin gained more base wing damage along with Oath buffs and Defiance improvements. It offers a mobile Paladin playstyle that clears content smoothly.

31. Zeal Paladin (B Tier, Pit 135+)

Zeal Paladin benefits from Oath buffs and sword buffs, giving it renewed viability. It's a fast-attacking melee option for Paladin players who prefer aggressive combat.

32. Apocalypse Warlock Budget Variant (C Tier, Pit 135+)

The budget version of Apocalypse Warlock received small buffs from the PTR but the overall OP nerfs push it down for casual players who don't have optimized gear. Still, at lower gear levels it functions as a reliable Warlock option.

33. Dread Claw Warlock (C Tier, Pit 135+)

Dread Claw Warlock works well for leveling and picked up a few buffs to the Shadow set. It's a great choice for early season progression before transitioning to a stronger endgame Warlock build.

34. Summoner Golem Necromancer (C Tier, Pit 135+)

Summoner Golem Necromancer benefits from Golem buffs and remains a fun option for summoning enthusiasts. The Army of the Dead build also has potential this season with new talisman set support.

35. Bone Spirit Necromancer (C Tier, Pit 135+)

Bone Spirit Necromancer picked up Bone buffs, though the DoT Splinter nerf slightly affects its ceiling. It could potentially be bumped down below Blood Wave depending on how the interactions play out in live testing.

36. Bone Spear Necromancer (C Tier, Pit 135+)

Bone Spear Necromancer received Bone-related buffs and might be making a comeback this season. It's an iconic Necromancer build that finally has room to breathe again.

37. Death Blow Barbarian (C Tier, Pit 135+)

Death Blow Barbarian gained buffs from the Frenzy amulet along with set improvements. It provides burst-focused Barbarian gameplay for players who prefer heavy hitters.

38. Double Swing Barbarian (C Tier, Pit 135+)

Double Swing Barbarian with Twister remains a solid pick for Barbarian variety. It offers a smooth dual-wielding playstyle that works throughout most content.

39. Ball Lightning Sorcerer (C Tier, Pit 135+)

Ball Lightning Sorcerer is much weaker now compared to previous seasons, though it can still cast walls while moving, giving it improved mobility this patch. It's still one of the faster Sorcerer builds despite the damage reduction.

40. Fireball Sorcerer (C Tier, Pit 135+)

Fireball Sorcerer received staff buffs along with Fire set and Paragon improvements. It's a fun option for players who want classic fire-based Sorcerer gameplay.

41. Blizzard Sorcerer (C Tier, Pit 135+)

Blizzard Sorcerer offers good freeze ring scaling for cold-focused builds. It's a niche pick for players who enjoy control-heavy Sorcerer playstyles.

42. Hammerdin Paladin (C Tier, Pit 135+)

Hammerdin Paladin gained 30% more damage from Oath along with the core skill scaling buffs Paladin received this season. It's a nostalgic pick that finally has some real damage behind it again.

43. Divine Lance Paladin (C Tier, Pit 135+)

Divine Lance Paladin got a 50% buff since the PTR, delivering solid ranged Paladin gameplay. It's a fun drill-through-everything build for players who want a projectile-based Paladin.

44. Clash Paladin (C Tier, Pit 135+)

Clash Paladin works but Resolve is capped now, which limits its ceiling. It's still playable but no longer competitive with the top Paladin options.

45. Judgement Paladin (C Tier, Pit 135+)

Judgement Paladin received a 4x buff since the PTR and benefits from the Trumpet Ring changes along with Oath buffs. It's been buffed hard in general for Season 15 and provides strong ranged Paladin damage.

46. Thorns Paladin (C Tier, Pit 135+)

Thorns Paladin picked up shield buffs for players who enjoy reflective damage builds. It's a niche but functional option for defensive-minded Paladins.

47. Auradin Paladin (C Tier, Pit 130+)

Auradin Paladin benefits from the Judgement Talisman set boss buff, giving it a niche role as an aura-focused Paladin. It's not top-tier but works well for specific boss content.

48. Crushing Hands Spiritborn (C Tier, Pit 135+)

Crushing Hands Spiritborn continues to smash as the ape always does. It's a reliable Spiritborn pick for players who prefer heavy melee gameplay.

49. Rake Spiritborn (C Tier, Pit 135+)

Rake Spiritborn rounds out the ranking as a viable secondary Spiritborn build for players who want to try something different from the Poison Swarm meta.

Season 15 offers more build diversity than previous patches thanks to the two new Hellfire Splinters heavily favoring DoT builds, the Legacy Uniques adding fresh gear combinations, and compensation buffs across Spiritborn, Paladin, and Warlock. Warlock still sits at the top with Apocalypse and Blazing Scream leading the damage race, but Poison Swarm Spiritborn arguably provides the best overall experience once speed farming is factored into the equation. Choosing between a pure pushing build and a fast farming build depends on your personal goals, but this ran
