Season 15 of Diablo 4 has arrived on the PTR, and with it comes one of the most nostalgic content drops in the game's history. Blizzard is bringing back ten legendary Legacy Uniques pulled straight from Diablo I, Diablo II, and Diablo III. Items like The Furnace, Stone of Jordan, Leoric's Crown, and Arioc's Needle are now back in Sanctuary, complete with new twists that fit modern Diablo 4 itemization. Veteran players will instantly recognize these pieces, and new players are about to find out why these items became icons in ARPG history.
Before jumping into the tier list itself, let's take a quick look at what makes these Legacy Uniques so special this season.
Diablo 4 Season 15 Legacy Unique Tier List
Ten Legacy Uniques have surfaced from Sanctuary's past. Five of them can be equipped by all classes, and five are restricted to specific classes. These are permanent additions to Diablo 4, meaning they will remain available in Eternal and Seasonal Realms going forward. Some Legacy Uniques can also be transmuted into their Mythic versions using the new upgrade system, which multiplies their power dramatically. A few of these items already look bordering on overtuned during PTR testing, so expect balance tweaks before the live launch.

1. Leoric's Crown (Helm) – S Tier

Leoric's Crown is shaping up to be the single biggest upgrade any character can grab in Season 15. This helm counts as jewelry and amplifies the power of any gem socketed into it. When combined with the new seasonal charms system, the multipliers stack into absurd territory, giving players stats they've never seen before on a single item. Once transmuted into a Mythic, this crown puts every other helm in Diablo 4 to shame.

Counts as jewelry, opening up jewelry-only tempers and rolls.
Increases the effect of any gem socketed into the helm by 75–100%.
Mythic version multiplies the effect further for roughly 130x scaling.

2. The Furnace (2H Mace) – S Tier
Class To Use: Barbarian, Druid, Necromancer, Paladin, Warlock
The Furnace returns as a heavy-hitting elite killer, and it's still one of the most feared two-handers in ARPG history. Its main power is a huge damage multiplier against elite enemies, which translates directly into faster boss kills and higher Pit tier clears. Note there's a PTR bug where the Mythic upgrade retains the minimum roll (200% instead of 260%), so the final live number may be even stronger than what testers are seeing now.
Effects:
3.6x damage multiplier against elite enemies (Mythic version).
Retains base weapon stats after Mythic upgrade.
Rerollable affixes post-transmute.
Builds To Use:
Barbarian Whirlwind and Hammer of the Ancients.

3. Arioc's Needle (2H Polearm) – S Tier
Class To Use: Barbarian, Druid, Spiritborn
Arioc's Needle introduces a brand-new mechanic called Deadly Strike Chance into Diablo 4. In its Mythic form, this polearm rolls with a 65% chance to Deadly Strike, dealing 2.3x DPS on those hits. Since Deadly Strike appears to function as a straight-up damage doubler, Arioc's Needle scales incredibly well for high-hit-density builds. Pairing this with The Furnace in an off-hand slot creates one of the strongest damage setups on the PTR.

65% chance to Deadly Strike (Mythic).
2.3x DPS on Deadly Strike hits.
Introduces the Deadly Strike stat into Diablo 4.

4. Stone of Jordan (Ring) – S Tier
Class To Use: All Classes
Stone of Jordan solves one of the most annoying gearing problems in Diablo 4 by setting all your resistances equal to your highest resistance. On top of that, it grants a flat damage boost, freeing up affix slots on other pieces of gear for offensive rolls. Once upgraded to Mythic, the ring keeps all its baseline stats and lets you re-roll one affix (like Lucky Hit Chance into Crit Damage) for additional optimization.
Effects:
All resistances equal to your highest resistance.
Grants a multiplicative damage boost.
Mythic version retains stats and allows one reroll.

Every hardcore and softcore Pit push build.

5. Squirt's Blouse (Chest) – A Tier

Squirt's Blouse (Squirt's Necklace re-implemented as a chest piece) grants up to 65% multiplicative damage while at full life. In its Mythic version, the bonus becomes truly massive, but the downside is that the buff resets when you take damage — making this a glass cannon item. It pairs incredibly well with the Immortal Barbarian setup since that build never actually loses life while active.

6. Messerschmidt's Reaver (2H Axe) – A Tier
Class To Use: Barbarian, Druid, Necromancer, Paladin, Warlock
Coming with the Season 15 launch (not testable during the PTR), Messerschmidt's Reaver historically reduced all skill cooldowns by 1 second per kill. If Blizzard keeps the original D3 effect intact, this axe will become the go-to weapon for cooldown-reliant builds. Its potential in modern Diablo 4 endgame is very high, especially for skill-spam builds that live and die by their cooldown rotation.

Likely upgradeable to Mythic tier.

7. In-Geom (1H Sword) – A Tier
Class To Use: Barbarian, Druid, Rogue, Necromancer, Paladin, Warlock
In-Geom is a returning Diablo 3 favorite that reduces skill cooldowns after killing elite enemies. Rogues and Necromancers with cooldown-hungry builds get the most mileage out of this weapon. Its one-handed slot means it pairs perfectly with dual-wield setups, letting you slot The Furnace or another one-hander alongside it for hybrid damage. Since El'Druin already fills a similar niche, testing will decide which sword wins the meta race.

Massive skill cooldown reduction after killing an elite enemy.

8. Henri's Perquisition (Offhand Focus) – B Tier

Henri's Perquisition returns as an offhand focus for spellcasters and brings back classic crowd control and mana benefits from its Diablo lineage. It's a solid piece of gear but doesn't quite reach the power ceiling of the top-tier legendary offhands available in Diablo 4's current meta. Consider it a strong transitional item for early-to-mid endgame casters until a better-rolled legendary focus drops.

Mana regeneration and resource efficiency bonuses.

9. Ring of Royal Grandeur (Ring) – B Tier (Removed From Launch List)

Originally announced as part of the ten Legacy Uniques, Ring of Royal Grandeur has since been pulled from the Season 15 lineup. In Diablo 3, this ring reduced set item requirements by 1 to fulfill set bonuses. Since Diablo 4 doesn't currently use a full set-item system, Blizzard likely realized the item had no real function. Keep an eye on future patch notes in case it returns with a reworked effect.

Originally reduced set item requirements by 1 (D3 effect).
No confirmed working effect in Diablo 4.

10. Nemesis Bracers (Gloves) – C Tier
Class To Use: All Classes
The Nemesis Bracers spawn an elite pack whenever you activate a Shrine. This is a farming utility item rather than a combat piece — great for material and loot farming during Helltide runs, but not something you'd keep equipped during Pit pushes or serious boss fights. Most players will keep these in the stash and swap them in only when clicking a Shrine. Since they don't scale meaningfully with the Mythic upgrade, they sit at the bottom of the ranking.
Effects:
Spawns an elite pack when you activate a Shrine.
No meaningful scaling from Mythic upgrade.
Utility-focused rather than combat-focused.

Farming loadouts for Helltide and material grinding.

Where & How To Farm Legacy Uniques in Diablo 4 Season 15?
Now that you know which Legacy Uniques matter most, let's talk about how you can actually get your hands on them this season.
Farm Uber Bosses for Guaranteed High-Tier Drops
The fastest path to top-tier Legacy Uniques such as The Furnace, Arioc's Needle, Leoric's Crown, and Stone of Jordan is running the endgame boss ladder. Uber Duriel and Uber Andariel are your best bets for weapon and jewelry Uniques, while Tormented Boss versions have an increased Mythic drop chance.
Uber Duriel: Best for The Furnace, Arioc's Needle, and Stone of Jordan.
Uber Andariel: Great for Leoric's Crown and Squirt's Blouse.
Tormented Bosses: Higher chance of Mythic drops overall.
Push Torment IV Helltides for World Drops
Legacy Uniques can drop from any enemy in Torment IV difficulty, but Helltides remain the best passive farming zone. Elite packs during Helltide events, Threat 4 fiends, and Helltide chests all have inflated drop rates for Uniques and Legendaries. Bring the Nemesis Bracers into your inventory and swap them in whenever you find a Shrine to double up on elite spawns.
Run The Pit to Farm Materials for Mythic Upgrades
The new Mythic upgrade system lets you transmute a regular Legacy Unique into its Mythic version. To do this, you need Pit boss materials, which drop from clearing Pit tiers. Aim for Pit 50+ for consistent material drops, and higher tiers for greater affix rolls. You'll also need Resplendent Sparks, three of them lets you craft a Mythic Unique of your choice at the Alchemist.
Target Farm Using the Codex of Power
Any Legacy Unique you acquire is automatically added to your Codex of Power. Once collected, you can spend Resplendent Sparks to craft another copy on demand. This is the most reliable method for getting the exact item you want without relying on RNG.
Tips to Maximize Your Farming Efficiency
Boost Your Magic Find: Run gear with +Item Rarity affixes to increase Unique drop rates in bosses and Helltides.
Party Up: Farming Uber Duriel and Andariel in a group of four cuts material costs per run.
Save Your Sparks: Don't craft the first Mythic you can afford, wait until you know which build you're locking in for the season.
Watch for PTR Balance Changes: Some items (particularly Leoric's Crown and Squirt's Blouse) look overtuned and may be nerfed before launch.
