How to Get 2x 3x Transfiguration in Diablo 4 Season 13?

Diablo 4 Season 13 players have discovered a brand-new Horadric Cube crafting trick that is pushing endgame gear to completely insane levels. In this guide, we are going to tell you how to get 2x 3x transfiguration to create crazy items.

Diablo 4 Season 13 2x 3x Transfiguration Farm

The new “Cube Trick” in Diablo 4 Season 13 is basically an advanced endgame crafting method that lets players stack multiple transfigurations onto the same item to create absurd gear with double or triple transfigured affixes, extra stat layers, massive crit chance, gem quality scaling, multi-Greater-Affix style outcomes and ultra-boosted Mythics. Top leaderboard players are already using this to create some of the strongest items seen so far in Season 13. Here’s how the system actually works.

What Is The Diablo 4 Season 13 Cube Trick?

The trick revolves around sanctifying / Transfiguring items multiple times. Exploiting “modifiable” outcomes. Re-masterworking items between transfigures. Re-adding sockets and tempers. Repeating the process until the item bricks. Some transfigured items remain modifiable instead of becoming permanently locked. That is the key.

If the Diablo 4 item remains modifiable, you can masterwork it again, socket it again, temper it again. THEN transfigure it AGAIN This creates 2x transfiguration items and 3x transfiguration items.“God-tier” crafted gear.

The Core Discovery

Normally when you transfigure an item in the Horadric Cube, it gains a new special affix. BUT usually becomes unmodifiable. That means no more masterworking,no more tempering and no more socketing. Roughly 1 in 20 transfigures stay modifiable. That small RNG chance enables the exploit chain.

How The 2x / 3x Transfiguration Process Works in D4 Season 13?

Step 1 — Start With A Cheap Base Item

Do NOT fully invest immediately. Players are avoiding expensive upgrades, skipping masterwork initially and skipping sockets initially. Why? Because most transfigures brick anyway, you save tons of Forgotten Souls and materials. Good targets mythics with bad rolls, non-GA Mythics, good yellow/legendary bases and spare endgame weapons.

Examples:

  • The Grandfather

  • Melted Heart of Selig

  • Tyrael's Might

Step 2 — First Transfigure

Put the item into the cube and transfigure it. Possible outcomes:

  • Crit chance

  • Gem quality

  • All stats

  • Quality

  • Indestructible

  • Other random cube affixes

Most items become unmodifiable” immediately. Those are basically dead for chain crafting. BUT…

If the item stays modifiablejackpot

Step 3 — Upgrade The Modifiable Item

THIS is the critical step most players missed. You MUST masterwork the item before re-transfiguring it.

Without masterworking the second transfigure often fails. So after hitting a modifiable transfigure, you then add sockets, masterwork the item, add tempers an d optimize stats. THEN put it back into the cube.

Step 4 — Second Transfigure

Now you transfigure the already-transfigured item. If successful, the item gains ANOTHER cube affix. This creates double-transfigured items. Examples:

  • Crit chance + Quality

  • All stats + Gem quality

  • Crit chance + Indestructible

  • Damage reduction + Quality

This is where leaderboard gear starts becoming ridiculous.

Step 5 — Repeat Again For 3x Transfigures

If the second transfigure ALSO remains modifiable, you can masterwork again, temper again and transfigure AGAIN. That creates triple-transfigured items. These are extremely rare. But this is how players are getting absurd stat stacking, 300%+ gem quality, huge crit scaling and multi-layered affix combinations.

Why This Is Probably Intended But Extremely RNG Heavy

The system appears intentional because the cube allows re-processing. Some items explicitly remain modifiable. BUT the RNG is enormous, crafting costs explode and material sinks become insane. Diablo 4’s ultra-endgame crafting layer. Not recommended for casual players, early progression and low-resource accounts. This is strictly:

  • pit pushing

  • leaderboard min-maxing

  • ultra-endgame optimization

Best Strategy to Get D4 Season 13 2x 3x Transfiguration

Phase 1 - Mass-transfigure cheap bases.

Phase 2 - Only keep modifiable outcomes and strong transfigure affixes.

Phase 3 - THEN masterwork, temper, socket.

Phase 4 - Re-transfigure repeatedly.

Phase 5 -  Stop once item bricks or you hit insane rolls.
