These titles are not tied to achievements, bosses, or endgame progression. Instead, they come from a lore-focused questline called Diablo 4 Tapestry of Heroes and Legends, which combines exploration, puzzle-solving, and story choices into a short but memorable experience.

Where to Start the Hidden Title Quest?

To begin unlocking these hidden titles, head to the Scovos Observatory in the Lord of Hatred expansion zone. At the top of the observatory, you’ll find an NPC who starts the side quest - Tapestry of Heroes and Legends. The quest is fairly short and can usually be completed in about 10 minutes if you move quickly through the objectives.

What Happens During the Quest?
