Unlike other sources, the massive volume of talisman items from goblin bags greatly boosts your odds of obtaining a rare seal.
The only downside is its extremely low accessibility. To enter Echoing Hatred, you need a Trace of Echoes item, which drops randomly from almost all in-game content with an ultra-low rate. Even high-level paragon players can only obtain a handful of this item in their entire playtime, so this method is not consistent.
