Legion Remix (also known as WoW Remix: Legion) is a limited-time “Timerunning” event in World of Warcraft where players get to revisit the Legion expansion. Do you know how each class performs in WoW Legion Remix? That's why we bring you a Legion Remix class tier list, ranking the best tanks, healers and dps.
Legion Remix is not the same old Legion from 2016. Instead, Blizzard has rebuilt the entire expansion into a standalone progression event inside Patch 11.2.5, filled with accelerated leveling, experimental mechanics, and new scaling systems. Because Remix is fast-paced, grind-heavy, and scaling-focused, your class choice heavily affects how fun and efficient your experience will be. That's why picking a strong class or spec is crucial. Without further ado, let's check Legion Remix best tanks, healers, and DPS.
This Legion Remix ranking focuses primarily on solo farming, mobility, survivability, and efficiency in open-world and dungeon content, since Legion Remix is heavy on self-sufficient farming and scaling content.
S Tier
Demon Hunter
Extremely mobile, high survivability, strong DPS, great soloing capability. “It’s the Demon Hunter expansion—it just makes sense.”
Druid
Highly versatile, strong across all specs (Boomkin, Feral, Guardian, Resto). Healer flexibility makes queues instant; excellent mobility.
Hunter
Can solo everything with pet tanking; pet + you = “two players.” High open-world efficiency and strong M+ scaling.
Monk
Top-tier mobility, survivability, and AoE farming. Can pull whole zones and self-sustain. Extremely efficient for Remix farming.
A Tier
Death Knight
High survivability and self-healing; great for solo content. Slightly less mobile, which keeps it from S-tier.
Paladin
Versatile (tank/heal/DPS), solid survivability but low mobility. Excellent for players farming Ashbringer appearances.
Warlock
Strong solo DPS with tanking pet, excellent sustain, though slightly less dynamic and slower than S-tier.
Shaman
Great utility, healing access, and damage potential; minor ramp-up time lowers solo-farming speed slightly.
Priest
Healers have a “hidden advantage” with fast queues; strong group support, but weaker open-world mobility.
Mage
Solid DPS but lacks sustain and self-tanking compared to Warlocks. Recent design changes weakened farming potential.
B Tier
Evoker
Can heal and DPS, but overall weaker at farming and mobility than A/S tiers. “Just doesn’t feel right to place higher.”
Warrior
Good DPS and tank options, but overshadowed by DKs and Paladins in versatility. Less self-sustain for solo play.
Mage
Re-evaluated as lower-end A/B tier for farming inefficiency and poor sustain.
C Tier
Rogue
Pure DPS, lacks sustain and efficient solo-farming capability. Toolkit doesn’t match Remix’s “fast, bursty” farming style. Still fun, just not efficient.
S Tier
Blood Death Knight
Nearly unkillable with Death Strike & Vampiric Blood. Massive self-healing and sustain for infinite scaling content. Weak mobility is the only drawback.
Vengeance Demon Hunter
Best all-around tank. High mobility, great AoE control, strong healing from Soul Fragments. Perfect for both solo and group play.
A Tier
Protection Paladin
Excellent utility (BoP, Lay on Hands, group auras), strong defensives, and hybrid healing. Slightly weaker sustain vs DK/DH but still top-tier in groups.
Guardian Druid
Strong mitigation and HP, but low DPS and mobility keep it slightly below DH/DK. Solid and reliable, but not flashy.
B Tier
Protection Warrior
Great cooldowns and mitigation but low sustain. Performs solidly in raids but lacks self-healing and mobility for Remix-style fast content.
C Tier
Brewmaster Monk
High skill ceiling and situational. Can shine with precise play but too punishing for Remix’s random affixes and scaling dungeons.
S Tier
Discipline Priest
Top-tier hybrid DPS/heal scaling with Atonement. Perfect for Remix’s fast, scaling content. DPS = healing = efficiency.
A Tier
Restoration Druid
Dominant healer — mobility, HoTs, and consistent throughput while DPSing. Best overall pure healer.
Restoration Shaman
Huge group utility (Spirit Link, Chain Heal). Slightly less mobile but excellent raid throughput.
Mistweaver Monk
Great healing + mobility. Mana management is tricky but very strong when mastered.
Holy Paladin
Excellent burst heals and defensive utility. Slightly less mobile but extremely reliable and scales well.
B Tier
Holy Priest
Classic burst healer with great panic recovery. Struggles with mobility and mana in extended fights.
This Legion Remix DPS ranking includes both melee and ranged DPS, categorized by performance, scaling, and utility.
S Tier
Havoc Demon Hunter
#1 DPS in Remix — absurd AoE, high sustain, extreme mobility, and solo dominance.
Balance Druid
Incredible AoE + multi-dot, great control, and consistent DPS. Scales perfectly with infinite power.
Beast Mastery Hunter
Full mobility while DPSing. Pets tank, heal, and deal damage — effortless for both solo and group content.
A Tier
Unholy Death Knight
Strong scaling, huge AoE pressure, great for long fights. Slightly slow ramp-up early on.
Outlaw Rogue
Excellent utility, fast-paced AoE cleave, strong survivability. Slight RNG from Roll the Bones.
Fury Warrior
Constant uptime and sustain, great cleave and self-healing. Excellent for leveling and farming.
Elemental Shaman
Explosive AoE, strong burst, good scaling. Slightly limited mobility.
Demonology Warlock
Incredible pet-based scaling for long fights. Weak in speed content but extremely strong sustained DPS.
Frost Mage
Safe, consistent, and strong cleave. Excellent control tools.
Shadow Priest
High ramp-up damage and utility; monstrous in long fights.
Retribution Paladin
Heavy burst and offhealing. Slower than DH but scales hard.
Destruction Warlock
Strong AoE and flexible rotation. Great scaling with infinite power traits.
Fire Mage
Top-tier burst and cleave, fits Remix pacing perfectly.
Windwalker Monk
High mobility, strong AoE, rewarding for skilled players. Excellent synergy with Remix’s speed gameplay.
Arms Warrior
Strong single-target & burst cleave. Solid in raids but slower for AoE-heavy farming.
B Tier
Feral Druid
Good sustain and bleeds but weak AoE; slower pace.
Arcane Mage
Big burst, high-skill spec. Punishing for mistakes, low sustain.
Affliction Warlock
Strong scaling & survivability, but slow ramp-up limits speed runs.
Marksmanship Hunter
Great burst but weak movement handling.
Enhancement Shaman
Fun, fast melee but lacks defensives in harder scaling.
Frost Death Knight
Strong AoE and cleave but weaker single-target. Requires careful resource management.
C Tier
Subtlety Rogue
Excellent PvP burst, but low AoE for Remix content.
Survival Hunter
Awkward hybrid with limited scaling. Better options exist.
Assassination Rogue
Strong single-target bleeds but terrible AoE performance.
