Diablo 4 1.3.3 Best Necromancer Build - D4 Necro Gauntlet Build Tier List
In patch 1.3.3, Necros can move faster, are tankier, and have access to 40% damage multiplier. Minions Changes allow builds to utilize LHC more apporiately for mendeln based builds. More base damage is nice, but still not enough. Reaper change allows minion builds to benefit from Corpse Explosion utility and damage applications. Metamorphasis change is awesome, but only 2 builds (Sever/Bone Spear) will benefit most from them. Start stocking boots with "Attacks Reduce Evade Cooldown" if you are planning to play those builds.
Blood Surge Nova does much more damage as a whole now. Overpower Generation problem still not fixed. The ability to kill single tanky targets is much better.
Bone Spear is sort of nerfed from Death's Advance nerf, but Corpse Explosion and Plagued Corpse Explosion Buff increase the effectiveness of Bombardier Bone Spear build. Damage was already high enough to 1 hit mobs, so buff is negotiable in terms of true effectiveness
Quality of life changes for Death's Advance, Spiked Thorns, and Death's Embrace will make Necro faster and more tanky which is a welcomed change.
Sever build does more damage and gains access to Tibault's Multiplier with Metamorphasis Aspect Corpse Explosion buff increases DoT damage. Sever by itself gains ~70%[x] more damage and Corpse Miasma will now deal + 70%[x] more damage. Goated build becomes more Goated.
