No.3 PoE 3.23 Best Melee Build - Night Flicker Strike

The third best PoE 3.23 melee build is a super fast one, the Nightblade Flicker Strike Raider with the ranger class. It easily achieves over 10 million DPS, it's super tanky and incredibly fast. This is one of the most well-balanced builds you have ever played. Not only does it have super speed damage and survivability, but it also has satisfying gameplay with explosions. Fliker Strike is just super cool.

Pros

-Super fast clear speed with explosions

-Great boss damage

-Tanky

-Almost 100 thousand effective HP

-Immunity to stun

-100% inherited chance to suppress spell damage

-100% chance to avoid elemental aliments

-Great life and mana leech

-Cool AF

Cons

But the cons of this build is it isn't cheap since it needs some mandatory unique and rare items that will exceed the divine price. Another issue is that you have little control over your character this might be a problem in bosses like Queen Atziri and the Shaper where you need to know which con to attack and mind your position. This build is not a starter because you need at least six divine orbs to put it.

Gear

Armour - Farrul’s Fur

Amulet - Yoke of Suffering

Belt - Perseverance

No.2 Best PoE 3.23 Melee Build - Boneshatter Juggernaut

The second most tanky melee build in Path of Exile that is also fast and strong, is the Boneshatter Juggenault (Marauder Class). This build is perfect for the melee enthusiasts out there. Boneshatter hits enemies so hard that, it hurts your own character accumulating trauma stats. For each trauma, you're going to deal and take more damage. That's why it's important to gather both attack speed and armor to stack many traumas and sustain their damage. However, even though you do damage to yourself, this build has so much armor that you won't feel a thing. Now because of that, you might think that this build had to sacrifice speed of boss damage. But no, it still super fast and can kill guardians in just a few seconds.

Pros

-Great clear speed

-Great boss damage

-Godlike survivability

-Awesome starter

-Cheap

-Easy to build

-No Mandatory uniques

Cons

Moreover, you need to keep an eye on your accuracy. This is because the keystone precise technique that grants 40% more damage if your accuracy is bigger than your life.

Budget

As for budget, this build is cheap. You can get it destroying early in-game white maps with only around 60 chaos. To comfortably advance to yellow maps, we recommend investing around 120 chaos. For easily completing the atlas, we recommend investing around 4 divines.

No.3 Best PoE Affliction Melee Build - Cyclone of Tumult

The most overpowered best Path of Exile 3.23 Affliction melee build is the new and incredible Cyclone of Tumult Slayer with the dualist class. This new PoE expansion brought the transfigure gems with it. This means an alternative version of active two gems. The cyclone skill got the Cyclone of Tumult Slayer which is a cyclone wider and more powerful, but with the downside of being a lot slower. However, with an easy trick, we can remove this downside and simply have a cyclone with 33% more damage and 40% more arrow effect.

Pros

This build has a great clear speed. It's just amazing to be always moving and massing all the poor enemies on the way. The boss's damage is also incredible. Once the build is done, you will kill even the big bosses in just a matter of seconds. Above all of that, this build is very simple and easy to put together. This build has great survivability once it's done.

Cons

But when you're leveling your character, you need to pace your progression because you're always very close to enemies. If you're not prepared, you are going to die. So take the extra time to pick up a few more levels before progressing to a high-tier content. Another useful tip about your survivability it's how to deal with stuns. On this build, we get a stun immunity with a charm on the new Wildwood Primalist ascendency which is super cheap and easy to get. But if you forget it, you're going to have a bad time.

Budget

As for budget, you can get it this early end game maps with only around 90 chaos to comfort with advance to yellow maps. You need to invest around 15 chaos and for easily completing atlas, we recommend investing around 6 divines.

Gear

You only need one mandatory unique item for this build. It's stamped boots that guarantee that your movement speed will always be 150% of its space. This means that the downside of Cyclone of Tumult will mean absolutely nothing to us.
