When will we able to vote for TOTY on EAFC 24?

- Rarity: Due to low pack weight, these cards are extremely rare and valuable. Many are unavailable except through trading.

- Promo: The TOTY release period sees new promo SBCs, objectives and pack offers in FUT to celebrate. The market also crashes as supply spikes.
