A YouTuber called Rob2628 has done some testing and some theory crafting and some viewers suggested to farm Shako with a Barb because the Barbarian has no normal unique helms in its pool. So what a lot of people did is they went to go to these Helltide chests after the Diablo 4 patch 1.0.4 just dropped. They went to the Helltide chest, they are opening the Helltide chests and they're getting Shakos. So now this is your chance to get your hand on a Shako in Helltide after D4 1.0.4. There's probably been 5 Shako drops for a month and Blizzard has finally addressed us in a patch and you can go to the Helltide and open the helm chests, open the Mystic chests.
Currently, there's a Helltide going on, there's one Helm chest up on the Tortured Gift or Protection and another helm chest just on the right of Blind Burrows. So go there right now, farm some shards, and open those helm chests. You can open the mystic chest as well because there's also a good chance for Shako.
