The new Season 1 for New World brings some new contents and there are a lot of new opportunities for you to farm gold in the game. In this gold farming guide, we are going to be showing you some of the fastest ways to make gold in New World season 1 2023.

New World Season 1 Gold Farming 2023 - Fastest Ways to Make Gold Coins in New World Season 1

Farming gold coins in New World is important because it's the primary currency used in the game's economy. Gold coins are used to buy and sell items on the trading post, purchase materials from other players, and repair and upgrade your equipment.

With season 1, a lot of players are coming back to the game as well as new players trying the game out. The reason for this guide is that there is a drastic market crash when it comes to cooldown materials and with this, many people are now lost with this turn of events and are not sure what actually to farm next. Now if you want to make coins in a sustainable way, then constantly check your server's market, watch the prices on things people regularly purchase, raw crafting materials, perk items, then adjust your farming daily to fill what seems to be low in stock and has the better price at any given moment.

Check how to make gold New World season 1 2023.

1. Farm Reeds

These have already started to trend upwards in price and in time as people realize why, they will continue to rise. So farming these now and having a huge supply will pay off very soon. With the addition of the booster token you receive from the season reward track, and if you use all of the appropriate buffs on top of that, you can receive 222 territory standing per wicker basket. This is actually huge, that's only roughly 100 baskets per level. And when you salvage the basket, you do receive most of the reads back. So there's been no easier or better time to grind those territory standings you still are working on, which as people realize will naturally lead to a much larger demand for reeds than we currently are seeing and the price is going to rise significantly. These are very easy but very boring to farm. Everyone wants them but no one will want to gather them. Farming these also comes with a great secondary resource that has already went up in price dramatically and that is bulrush cobs. These are used in potions and are always sought after. But when you are picking a few thousand of these an hour on top of the reed you already are gathering, it all starts adding up in a big way.

2. Perk Items

Another thing that has been making a ton of coins and since the Season 1 release is perk items, specifically, the attribute ones. Many of you likely have many crap perk items in storage that you have gotten and forgotten about, stuff like softwood sap, these generally are worth next to nothing but right now sticking to this example, rough leather beaded straps are selling for quite a bit, you can head to Kiln, combine softwood sap into straps or simply sell them and then make a huge profit while cleaning up your storage. This will apply to all of them.

So head to your Kiln, check your storage and combine these and sell them now while the attribute perks are high.

3. Flame Cores and Trophies

With the new Season comes new enemy types and that means new trophies for that enemy type. Everyone will want to have these Trophies so that they can maximize their farming. If you want you can sell the materials used to make the Trophies, like Flame Cores, Human Digits, and the like. You can also make the Trophies yourself and make even more money with them!

4. Creatures

Not actual creatures that you'll skin but the ones that you use for making your daily topaz potion and things like that. These are extremely high in value, ranging from 70 to 110 per depending on the creature. So farming these is a must if you are looking for some fast easy coin. The absolute best place to farm these is Ebonscale Reach. You can select an area around one of the elemental shrines and run circles around it. They respawn fairly quickly, so you can just stay in that area and farm quite a few for hours. The per item value is not extreme, but it is high enough and they are easy enough to farm that you can get them quite quickly and it adds up extremely fast.

5. Sir Juni Farming

One of the new bosses you can fight is Sir Juni The Strategist and it’s one of the few bosses in the game that’s easy to Solo. Even if you can’t solo him you can get a group and take them down easier.

Sir Juni drops a Human Idol, which is needed for the highest tier of the Human Combat Trophy. So you can either sell the Human Idol on its own or make the Trophy and sell it!

The chance of it dropping is low though, what’s not low is the drops for Human Idol shards, so even if you defeat Sir Juni a hundred times, at least you can get one through the shards.

6. Farm Acid Chests

The only other things we recommend doing is your acid chests every single day, this will be huge as well as your three daily faction missions and your two daily outpost rushes. There is also a good amount of coin to be made right now doing the level 25, 35 and 45 portal solo. With everyone upgrading the new heart runes, there is a big demand on the corrupted lodestones, they're up to almost 2000 per and never drop below 1400. This won't last forever, so if you really can't be bothered to cut trees or anything like that, close these low-level portals and that will be your ticket to a ton of coins also.
