Why we go 50 points in intelligence is because we’re going to when we're healing. If you are more casual-minded, you're not really too focused on pushing leaderboards, you just want to try and complete the dungeon, you can skip the intelligence. For those who want to get a high score or good clear times, not only do you have to heal but you also have to do some damage as well on leaderboards, we're going 50 intelligence, and 250 focus is the minimum. Because you get a nice perk that is 30 mana, every time something dies. So every time you are a member of a group that kills an AI, you get 30 mana. At the very minimum 100 constitutions, just so you don't get one shot. Because we are quite squishy these days with the changes to fortify. But we would probably bump this up to 140 at least and then put the remaining points into focus just to make sure we get some nice juicy heals.

New World Season 1 Healing Build Heartrune

We have been using the Stalwart heartrune of Stoneform throughout all the best NW season 1 healing builds. It comes up fairly often and gives you a little bit of damage protection with the fortify, although that's not much. But the big reason here is the mending form. If you can heal for 75% heartrune damage per second and also be standing on the sacred ground that increases incoming healing by 50%. So it's 50% stronger than it would normally be. Stoneform heartrune is really nice, it can get you out of stuns as well, you can pop it while you're doing other things, it doesn't have animation, so Stoneform is a lifesaver. If you do want to go up more aggressively, you could take Dryad’s Tear or maybe if you want to reduce healing, you could go the Stalwart Heartrune of Bile Bomb.
