POE Top 4 Endgame High Investment Builds in 3.20 League

3/9/2023 3:17:42 PM

Most people here only post builds that are 50 div tops so we thought we'd change it up a bit and rank and describe every POE build we have created so far. Pretty much all of these were very expensive to create and are pretty close to perfection (unless you have 20 mirrors to shop around TFT).

CoC FR Occultist Build

Investment

About 2 mirrors, only one with legacy items

Pros:

  • Really tanky.

  • Very stable and strong damage output.

  • Smoothbrain friendly 1 button playstyle.

Cons:

  • Slow.

  • Bad AoE.

  • Very expensive for what you get, crafting the boots sucks.

How to Play CoC FR Occultist

Make use of Cyclone to activate Forbidden Rite while simultaneously dealing critical hits to your foes. Use Discipline, Zealotry, Determination, and Precision for Auras. Defiance Banner and Tempest Shield are also useful. Molten Shell for a Guard Spell, Flame Dash, and Assassin's Mark can be used in conjunction with an automatically triggered effect from the Mark on Hit Support. Vengeance can also be used to activate a variety of Spells, such as the Curse Spell. During boss fights, Withering Step is an excellent ability to both increase your mobility and apply the Withered debuff.

Spark CI Nimis Trickster Build

Best build so far! If only we could make it a bit tankier and do a bit more damage. Though a single mirrored ES chest should take care of these issues.

Investment

About 1 mirror.

Pros:

  • Extreme AoE.

  • Zoomy as fuck.

  • Decent DPS, decent tankiness.

  • Very good for invitation farming including the maps.

  • Best lab farmer of these due to speed and leech.

Cons:

  • DPS is very layout and preparation dependent.

  • Tons of buttons to manage, you wont be cursing/marking every enemy manually, needs perma divine blessing.

  • Not as tanky even with overleech, can't do t16 100% deli / simu reliably without dying, juiced legions are also a bit slow.

Tips for playing Spark CI Nimis Trickster

Our suggestions really depend on what kind of content you’re doing. Simple thing I see is you have easy access to two more jewel sockets if you can drop points somewhere. Minimum frenzy and %elemental damage Grand Spectrums could be something to look into. Introspection clusters would be a generic boost to power for both offense and defense as well if you can fit them. Brutal restraint in a spot you don’t have a keystone is hard to find but you can get cast speed, aura effect, proj damage, and alchemist genius.

Doryani Maxuhotl LS champ Build

Created during Lake of Kalandra, the rings are now pretty much impossible to get.

Investment

About 1 mirror

Pros:

  • Strong singletarget damage and leech.

  • Very tanky with 80+ fire and chaos max res.

  • Best uber bosser of these listed so far.

  • Lightning DoTs are literally not a problem.

Cons:

  • Clear was gutted in the 3.20 nerfs.

  • Not as fast without mageblood since it is not a BiS belt for this build.

  • AoE about the same as CoC FR.

Tips for Playing Doryani Maxuhotl LS champ

You can run alch&go maps, you can farm invitations, you can do sim30and you can do uber bosses. And it's basically the best build for it all, only self-chill is faster, but has less damage and survivability, only aegis build are tankier, but are slower, some builds have more dps but are slower and squishier. Buy more Apothecarys and gamble until almost all your money is gone and give the rest away to friends.

Arakaali's Fang Occultist Build

Investment

Like 300 div

Pros:

  • Invulnerable minions allow you to dodge stuff without having to focus on damage or their survivability.

  • Explody clear for maps.

  • Very very tanky, almost as much as CoC FR and that is without legacy melding.

Cons:

  • Extremely clunky to map and boss with due to spider resummoning

  • slow due to no mageblood (could incorporate it with more investment, is BiS).

How To Play Arakaali's Fang Occultist

This build functions as a tanky walking simulator while you are mapping. Cast Desecrate, wait for the Skitterbots to deal some damage to some foes, and then summon the spiders to finish off the remaining foes. The spiders will handle everything else. You still need to know how to summon the Spiders because they will despawn from time to time just as you reach the map boss. Alternatively, if you plan on bossing, you are going to have to know how to summon the Spiders; however, the specifics of how to do so will be explained in more detail later on. If you feel like you could use a little bit more damage after your spiders have been summoned, feel free to cast the occasional Convocation.
