In MUT 23, we have more than 30 new player cards who are Team of the Year winners added for the TOTY program, including the Most Valuable Virtual Player Fred Warner rated at 99, plenty of 98 OVR TOTY specialists, offensive and defensive champions, as well as some honorable mentions.
