Efficient Solo Questing Tips

Here are some solo questing tips.

1. Use "death warps".

You need to be using death warping, what is death warping, let us give, you an example in Cutlass keys, if you have a quest to go to the very bottom, left side of the zone to kill a mob, and then the quest turn in is at the very top right where the town is located, that is a 20-minute walk both way, well it's 20 minutes total walk, so what that means is that um you have to walk all the way down to the left, you have to walk all the way to the bottom left of the map which is a 10 minute walk, kill the mob and then run all the way back to the top right which is another 10 minute run, or as soon as you run to the bottom left of the map, maybe you have a campfire placed Midway which you can drown yourself in a river, respawn at the camp, and save yourself 500 meters run in just 10 seconds, then once you reach the bottom left of the map, you can finish the quest drown yourself in the ocean, and then respawn in the town and turn in the quest, that this will save you huge amounts of time once you learn death warping routes, if you are ever super far away, and there's a a bunch of mobs nearby or just water, then just just kill your character you do suffer a repair build,  so you can automatically respawn.

2. Skip elite/group/high level quests.

3. Always teleport.

You should also always teleport, you don't want to be azoth capped, these quests will give you azoth a lot of azoth, so just always be teleporting, we want to mention that if your gear is broken, the base stats of your items will still function regardless if they're broken or not, you just don't get the bonus stats, you don't need bonus stats to grind mobs, and to do basic petty quests, so don't be repairing your gear all the time.

4. PVP flag before turning in town quests.

If you're turning in a bunch of quests in town or very close to a town, turn on your PVP flag, because you will get more experience, we don't know if they ever fix this or not, but this was a huge one when power leveling, also if you are in the dominant faction or you've got a lot of friends around or you notice the entire zone is your same faction, just leave PVP flagging on, it's 15 additional experience, you might as well do it.

5. Skip"repeatable"quests.

Don't do repeatable quests just skip them if you turn if you do a questions asking you to do the exact same Quest, it's not part of a quest chain, don't bother with it, don't bother doing the town board repeatables, just skip those as well, don't even pick them up, you need to be freaking beelining, the main story quests and the town quests.

6. Don't gather at all.

Do not gather unless the quests call for it, we know about in around level 20, you have to do a little bit of gathering, and there's another point at level 40-ish that you have to do some gathering for the main story quests, we would recommend just buying the materials from the market, they will be a little expensive on a fresh start server however the time that you will save having to grind out all those levels to gather those materials, and even the zones you have to go to get those materials, you're going to have plenty of New World gold from your questing, anyway, so just spend it now the amount of time, it saves is not worth the amount that you're going to spend.

Gear

Let's talk a little bit about your gear,  the spec for Hatchet, just pick everything on the left side of the tree, don't spec into the throwing aspect of hatchet, just pick at you, pick everything on the left side, just go berserk left click until things are dead, don't do heavy attacks just left click everything will die super fast, you'll be healed, it's super quick and brainless and easy, it's by far the best leveling weapon in the game, for your offhand, you can use great X to cross rivers with the charge, you can use a bow or a musket to constantly weapon Swap and do rolls and animation cancels, so that you get the passive run speed, but it's it's a small amount, you can just run on roads now and get a 10, Blunderbuss is great for burst DPS on single targets, hammer lets you solo elites.

Questing Route

You will start at one of these: Windsward, Everfall, Monarch Bluffs, First Light. Visit elite zones for the daily elite chest.
