Top 1 Best Next Gen Greenlight Center Jumpshot

  • Lower base = Jump Shot 107

  • Upper release 1 = Paul George

  • Upper release 2 = Paul George

  • Release Speed = 100%

  • Animation Blending = N/A

This is probably the best beginner jump shot and the most consistent jump shot in the game. As a massive green window, it can green a high percentage of the time and its speed is very good as well. It's also super easy to green because it has a super easy cue (cue is something that tells you when to release square, so that way even if you're using no meter, you can time your jump shot correctly) For this jump shot, in particular, the cue is going to be in the hands. When using this jump shot, your player kind of violently snaps his wrist, so the cue is going to be waiting until the wrist snaps. Once you do recognize that the wrist has snapped or is snapping you're going to need to release square, then the delay of the city will carry this otherwise early release into the green window.  Overall this is a very good all-around jump shot and it's probably the best beginner jump shot for a big man.

Top 2 Best Next Gen Greenlight Center Jumpshot

  • Lower base = Jump Shot 3

  • Upper release 1 = Paul George

  • Upper release 2 = Larry Bird

  • Release Speed = 100%

  • Animation Blending = Paul George 70% / Larry Bird 30%

This jump shot is easily the fastest jump shot for centers, which just makes it feel so glitchy. Let's take a 7'3" big man build for example and it will make feel like you are using a guard jump shot that's just so fast. It is also impossible to block or really even contest especially on a high wingspan player since the release point is just so high. This is still a super easy jump shot to green because of its massive green window and also cue. When using this jump shot, you're going to want to wait until the hands and arms kind of begin to swing forwards and towards the basket. Once you see the arms start to swing, you're going to want to release square and the majority of the time, it will be green.

Top 3 Best Next Gen Greenlight Center Jumpshot

  • Lower base = Anthony Davis

  • Upper release 1 = Paul George

  • Upper release 2 = Dante Exum

  • Release Speed = 100%

  • Animation Blending = Paul George 20% / Dante Exum 80%

Though this is the slowest jump shot on this list, also has the biggest green window. It does take a little bit of practice to get used to it at first but then once you get the hang of it you're going to be greening a hundred percent of the time and greening super consistently. The jump shot is super good off the catch or out of picking pops, and when using this jump shot, your player holds the ball by his head basically the entire time before pushing the ball towards the basket. So you're pretty much going to want to wait until the right arm kind of pushes the ball and extends outwards, and then once you do see this release square. Since this cue is in the right arm, this jumper is one of the best jump shots from the right side. On the left side, it still is a very good jump shot but it's easier on the right.

So far we've given you three Next-Gen big man jump shots, if you're having trouble deciding we would recommend trying out all of them and seeing what hits for you and see what doesn't. We suggest that: use base three if you like fast jump shots, use base Davis if you like slow but easy to green jump shots, and use base 107 if you like medium but consistent jump shots. NBA 2K22 Top 3 Best Big Man Jumpshots (Current Gen)

Top 1 Best Current Gen Greenlight Center Jumpshot

  • Lower base = Jump Shot 3

  • Upper release 1 = Paul George

  • Upper release 2 = Larry Bird

  • Release Speed = 100%

  • Animation Blending = Paul George 70% / Larry Bird 30%

This is the exact same jump shot we showed you on NextGen and is basically the exact same thing. The cue is the exact same and plus it's still super easy to green and in fact, it's actually faster on Current Gen. Since we already went super in-depth in the previous part, we won't repeat it here.

Top 2 Best Current Gen Greenlight Center Jumpshot

  • Lower base = Jump Shot 25

  • Upper release 1 = Paul George

  • Upper release 2 = Paul George

  • Release Speed = 100%

  • Animation Blending = Paul George 100% / Paul George 0%

This jumpshot has above-average speed and we just feel like all the jump shots on Current Gen are pretty fast. It also has a pretty big green window making it really easy to green. But what makes this jump shot a lead is its ability to be green if timed correctly, even with a low three-pointer this jump shot can be green a very high percentage of the time if you know how it works and how to time it.

It's one of those jump shots that if you're good at the game and nothing else really matters and you will be able to green. The cube is basically the same as the 107 jump shot since it has the same pair of upper releases. You're are going to wait until the wrist snaps and then release square, and if you do this correctly it'll be green a very high percentage of the time.

Top 3 Best Current Gen Greenlight Center Jumpshot

  • Lower base = Jump Shot 37

  • Upper release 1 = Paul George

  • Upper release 2 = Larry Bird

  • Release Speed = 100%

  • Animation Blending = Paul George 70% / Larry Bird 30%

This is the same exact upburst as the base three jumpshot. Shot out of all the jump shots in this guide, we are pretty sure this one has the biggest green window and also has very good speed obviously. The Cue is going to be similar to the base three jump shot since it has the same upper releases, you still need to wait until the arms swing towards the basket. However, when using this jump shot, the arms go back, and then it goes forwards really quickly and the switch of directions is just very obvious. So instead you tend to focus on the switching of directions and release square when you see the ball stop traveling backwards and start traveling forwards.

Basically, that is Top 3 Current Gen jump shots and Next-Gen jump shots for big men, shooting in this game is just so much about experimentation so definitely try out all these jump shots, maybe change up the releases if you want to.
