Step 1: Complete Worldstone Keep at Torment IV
To reach Rank 6 of the Season Journey, you need to complete the Worldstone Keep Waking Nightmare on Torment IV. This dungeon is located in Fractured Peaks and is where you fight Baal. It has four levels, with the first being the Ancient's Way, and your objective is to reach the Mount Arreat Summit.
Step 2: Defeat the Ancients, Baal's Minions, and Baal
The hardest part of the whole unlock chain is defeating the Ancients at the Summit, since even on Torment IV they put up a real fight. After clearing them, you will face Baal's minions and finally Baal himself.
Step 3: Claim the Rank 6 Season Journey Rewards
Once Baal is down, open your Season Journey menu and claim the Rank 6 rewards, which include the Liquid Rainbow.
Step 4: Right-Click the Liquid Rainbow in Town

Who Is Neigh'relle?
Neigh'relle is a giant unicorn boss, and the fight itself is honestly not that difficult on most builds. Some builds will one-shot her instantly, while others will get a slightly longer fight depending on class scaling. She can hit players with a death beam attack, so keep moving during the fight.
Boss Rewards
Defeating Neigh'relle rewards you with the hidden player title Fancy Pants, one of the most ridiculous titles added to Diablo 4 and a perfect fit for Whimsyshire. Enter Whimsyshire using your Liquid Rainbow or a treasure goblin portal.
Run the full dungeon, click every cloud, and kill Neigh'relle.
Open the Group Finder and search for a group on a different Torment level than yours. For example, if you are on Torment 12, search for a group on Torment 10 or Torment 11.
Set the difficulty filter in the advanced search menu and join a group.
Confirm the join dialog, then decline the teleport to group prompt after the loading screen.
You will now be inside a lower Torment version of Whimsyshire.
Leave the group, which teleports you back to a fully reset version of Whimsyshire on your original Torment level.
