The EA FC 24 Road to the Final promo will arrive on Friday, February 2, 2024, at 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET / 6 PM GMT. Road to the Final" (RTTF) in FIFA typically refers to a promotional event within the FIFA Ultimate Team (FUT) mode. It usually happens during major European club football tournaments like the Champions League, Europa League, and Europa Conference League. FC 24 RTTF SBCs Leaks

There are some players who are leaked as SBC during the Road to the Final promo in FC 24.

• RM - David Neres (87)

Neres previously had an Evolutions card that was decently rated. However, the main concern mentioned would be his body type affecting gameplay. Even as a base card, he's assessed as looking pretty cool with good potential. If upgraded through Ajax progress in the Europa League, he could improve significantly. His existing 54 combo and playstyles would already fit the meta well. He's seen as a cool option for people who haven't do the Malin Evolutions SBC already.

• ST - Martinez (90)

He previously had a Player of the Month card that was tried out. His body type in-game feels average/normal, not unique like his other cards. His key stat that would need major upgrades is his dribbling. Formatted more for a Hunter chemistry style to boost pace/shooting. Has the right traits as a 4/4 striker with high/medium work rates. Inter could realistically progress far in the Champions League. So upgrades over time could massively increase his dribbling.

• +4 IF upgrade

• 5*/5* Boost

• New Playstyle+

FC 24 RTTF Upgrades

The upgrades are based on the player's team's progress in their respective tournament. Winning certain stages, like the first knockout round, quarterfinals, semifinals, and the final, trigger these upgrades. For example, EA FC 24 Road of the Final upgrade path is the following:

89 Overall Jesus is the base card, win or draw the first knockout game, you get a plus 1 inform which doesn't have to be just plus 1 stats by the way, it can be more than that. Qualify for quarterfinals plus 1 in as well. Qualify for semi-finals plus 1 inform. Qualify for the final plus 1 play style, plus so they'll get two of them. Win the final plus 1 inform and 5 star skill move 5 star weak foot boost. Obviously, that's later on that's in June right or late May. There are many good upgrades but the base cards are not going to look great because they want to have a lot of upgrades throughout this EAFC 24 RTTF promo.

Market Watch 

Team of the Year (TOTY) cards are extremely rare and valuable due to them being the best cards available in the game. Prices have skyrocketed significantly over the promo period.

Inflation across the entire FUT market is very high as other meta cards rise in price along with the demand for top-tier cards like TOTY that many can't afford.

Prices for TOTY cards are expected to continue increasing until the end of the promo on Friday, and possibly even beyond into future promos like Future Stars.

Nothing short of special highly tradeable promo cards being released would significantly drive down TOTY prices. But new cards would need to match the levels of TOTY to satisfy demand.

More affordable special cards with high ratings are needed to cool inflation. Until then, TOTY and other meta cards will keep appreciating rapidly in value.

The commentator advises buying top cards now as they believe prices could rise even further, using Sophia Smith as an example who has doubled in price already.

FC 24 RTTF Best Cards to Invest

• Rafael Leão (Milan) - Has great base attributes and playstyles that allow for significant upgrades. As a meta winger option, he could become top tier.

• Gabriel Jesus (Arsenal) - Arsenal have a realistic chance to progress far. An upgraded Jesus with improved weak foot could be a top Prem striker.

• Pedri (Barcelona) - Has strong all-around abilities and key improvements could make him a top midfielder, especially if Barca progress.

• Fati(Barcelona) - Fati would also be an excellent choice for a RTTF card. Barcelona have a solid chance to progress in the Europa League, so upgrades are quite possible Even his base card would already be very strong as a top tier La Liga winger with 4/4 combo.
