New World Halloween Nightveil Hallow Patterns 2023

The Nightveil Hallow event is a Halloween-themed event in New World. During this event, players can participate in various activities and encounter new challenges related to the Halloween season. To craft gear using the Halloween patterns in New World, you can visit the Outfitter Station or the Forge, depending on the type of gear you want to craft. These patterns allow you to create gear with the main attribute of your choice, along with elemental version, corruption ward, and luck. The crafted gear will be guaranteed to have a gear score of 675GS. It's worth noting that you don't need trophies, armoring sets, or any additional buff requirements for rolling legendary items with these patterns. 

675GS Halloween Pattern Forced Perks

• Flame Attunement: Attacks deal +14% weapon damage as Fire (1.5s cooldown. Does not trigger off persistent damage or DoT effects).

• Refreshing Move: Light and Heavy attacks reduce your active weapon cooldowns by 2.3% (0.2s cooldown).

• Random Perk if Gear Score is [600-625] or [675-700]

When using the patterns obtained during the New World Halloween event, the perk pools would be adjusted:

Weapon Perks - roughly a 20% chance to roll the Flame Attunement perk and 9% chance to roll Refreshing Move, other desired perks have a lower chance of rolling than the 9% chance for Beast Bane.

Additionally, you can choose one other perk, making the roll include the keen perk, your chosen perk, and a random perk roll if it is a legendary item.
