1 - Sorcerer

Necromancer is definitely not weak, they need to re-summon their minions, there's been a lot of complaining on the forms. Necromancer can keep your summons up, you can continue to summon even on a boss, even though it keeps a wing. Druid did get a lot of Buffs, now their pets did become much squishier so they can't tank indefinitely, however, you don't need to use an action to respawn them, they do respawn quickly and still do tank for a while. Their out-of-combat healing seems to have been nerfed considerably which is just frustrating and annoying that they just saw her sit around at low HP a lot. But overall Druids seem to be very strong, they are tanky, have a lot of healing options, a lot of ways to stay alive, and can just chain clear through everything. In addition. they don't have any resource issues or anything like that, their cooldowns are low as well, so honestly there was really nothing wrong with Druids and they seem to do good basically at everything. So we would consider putting them in B tier, just to put them as like the Baseline class like anyone stronger than them is probably could be toned down a little bit or anyone weaker than them could probably be buffed a little bit.

5 - Barbarian

Barbarian is by far in our opinion the weakest class in the game, we actually would recommend a total rework for Barbarian. It doesn't seem to have been constructed to actually be fun to play, their big-hitting abilities have a long cast time. Their Synergy is all weird, and they seem to be a scaling class with their different weapons but their builds aren't fun and extraordinarily weak.  The best build for Barb is the bleed tank, while it takes a while to kill enemies and really unfun to play. All their other builds seem to suffer for they just aren't good at all.  So we have to put Barbarian all the way down to the bottom of the tier list because they are just weak in damage. 

Diablo 4 Barbarian Higest DPS Build: Thorns Barbarian

This build focuses on utilizing shouts to gather enemies, provoke them with taunts, and amplify our damage output. By strategically leaping from one enemy group to another with Lunging Strike, we gather a substantial number of foes. Once we have assembled a sizable pack of at least six enemies, we employ Challenging Shout to taunt them all and draw their attention towards us. Simultaneously, we activate War Cry to boost our damage and grant us the Berserking effect. With the enemies now fixated on us, they inadvertently inflict damage upon themselves. Our strategy revolves around allowing them to harm each other while we take advantage of their weakened state. It is important to remember to use health potions and evade significant telegraphed attacks to ensure our survival. By effectively utilizing shouts, taunts, and damage-enhancing abilities, we can maximize our efficiency in dispatching groups of enemies. This build requires strategic positioning, careful resource management, and the ability to anticipate and dodge incoming attacks.
