NBA 2K23 Season 7 Release Date

The sixth season of NBA 2K23 will be out on April 7, 2023. Each season typically lasts for six weeks. NBA 2K23 MyTEAM Season 7 will release on May 19, 2023.

NBA 2K23 Season 7 Rewards

In NBA 2K23 season 7 MyTEAM, they will give us a jet pack and mascots for next-gen. They only got the jet pack for the current gen. We know NBA mascots are coming back again for 2K23 season 7. They do it all the time when it's the playoff season and we get it, so this is going to be a huge season. Now these mascots are everybody's favorite because having an NBA mascot out there is just everything. What made mascots rare back in the day was the fact that it took you a little bit longer to actually level up your MyPLAYER. That made the whole effect of mascots just become rarer. But it's still the same way how it's a bit easier to get them down, so you'll see way more mascots at low prices.

NBA 2K23 Season 7 Level 40 Rewards

When it comes to the NBA 2K23 season 7 level 40 reward, we do believe that 2K will give us an Invincible just because last year we did have the Anthony Edwards. Even in the previous 2K for 2K21, we had Invincible Luka. When it comes to the first Invincible reward for the seasons, it does look like 2K does go towards maybe a younger type of player. From the NBA 2K23 seasons roadmap graphic, we still believe Kobe is the 2K23 season 7 level 40 reward. But at the same time though, 2K probably would not give us an Invincible Kobe for getting to level 40. They would save him for packs and so when it comes to a player that 2K is going to go with a young player that's going to be Jason Tatum. Tell us you wouldn't grind to level 40 for an Invincible Jason Tatum!

NBA 2K23 Season 7 Spotlight Challenges

We do also want to get to add some formal spotlights because we haven't really gotten much grinding content. Basically like how we saw last year with Embiid. We had an invincible Embiid once you ended up completing every single challenge. It was basically a mural, you ended up getting Allen Iverson, Bama, you had Galaxy Opal Manute Bol, Dark Matter Russell Westbrook, and free players that you basically ended up completing and then you ended up getting the Invincible Joel Embiid by doing those spotlights. NBA 2K23 MyTEAM season 7 is going to have a Global Spotlight and it doesn't have to be a Global Spotlight. They can do a playoffs or they can do NBA Finals because we are going into the NBA Finals.

NBA 2K23 Season 7 Events

Back in season 4, we basically had two-week events where we were getting all these free players we were getting free locker codes and we were able to lock it all in for a free player. We had Galaxy Opal Russell Westbrook, we also had Galaxy Opal Ray Allen. Basically every Friday, we would get a good set of players that we could go after. Then throughout the week, we would also end up getting these event cards and then some locker codes for some free players, and then we ended up unlocking free players out here too. Then we had the Galaxy Oppal Yi Jianlian, 2K already said that they were going to bring it back at some point. It's been season 6 and maybe season 7 is going to be the lucky number.  

Since we're getting Invincibles, why not add some free Dark Matters? They could definitely add a Dark Matter LeBron James, Dark Matter J.R Smith, or maybe a Dark Matter Evolution player just add something during the week in 2K that makes people want to load into your game and actually play it.

NBA 2K23 Season 7 Collection

We also want to see for the new season is going to be a type of mural collection, we had a beautiful Vince Carter mural back in the previous 2K where you ended up getting a free Dark Matter Vince Carter and it was pretty cool to go after him. They actually did something that very recently in season 5 where we had Bracket Busters. They could also bring something like this back by the way. Once you ended up collecting every single piece, you will get a free Galaxy Silver Glen Rice. So we would love for a 2K to do something like that.

NBA 2K23 Season 7 Token Market

We need the Token Market to be great again. You start out with these series players, after that, they gave us moment cards and we ended up getting some in the Hall of Fame badges which is good for the people that want to add badges to their players to make more NBA 2K23 MT. They also have packs for Galaxy Opals and at this point, it's time for equal-chance Dark Matter packs. They can add maybe a Dark Matter section for an exclusive Dark Matter player like how they used to be. Before you would only be able to get certain players from the token market and you're going to get them elsewhere. We’re hoping that 2K just shows some love to the Token Market.

NBA 2K23 Season 7 Mode Rewards

For NBA 2K23 season 7 MyTEAM rewards, they could add some Dark Matters maybe an Invincible, maybe they could do Limited as an Invincible and then everybody else could be just a Dark Matter. When it comes to a player that we want to see though honestly as long as they just give us really good players, we'll be happy with Clutch Time, Triple Threat, Unlimited whatever the case is.

NBA 2K23 Season 7 Locker Code

2K literally drops a new locker code every single season. At this point, can we just get a Dark Matter locker code? We've seen Dark Matter locker codes before and we are definitely long overdue for a free Dark Matter in a locker code.

How To Hit Level 40 In NBA 2K23 Season 7?

This applies to both the current gen and the next gen. It's the same exact on both gen consoles. Now we’re going to show you multiple different tips to hit level 40 the fastest in NBA 2K23 season 7.

1. Daily Wheel Spin

Always do your daily wheel spin because there is a chance that you can get two times XP by spinning the wheel in one of your affiliations. You can also spin the wheel on current gen, there's a chance you get 30-minute XP coins which will help you get some more XP. There are actually two different places where you can claim your daily wheel spin on next-gen. That's in your affiliation or it's the daily quest.

2. Locker Codes

There are also locker codes posted all the time on NBA2K's Twitter. So make sure to check that out once in a while and turn on post notifications, so that way you can see when there are locker codes that drop. Because once in a while there are double XP tokens that get posted.

3. Getting Teammate Grades

The best way to get some level XP that we recommend doing is if you are going to play park games, 2v2 is by far the best way in the park. It's better than 3v3 to get XP super fast. There are a couple of reasons for that but one of them is that you can pretty much get a better teammate grade. You're more likely to get a better teammate great in 2v2s because you only have one other teammate. Other times you'd have two other teammates and you'll be scoring more points, and you'll be getting more assists when it comes to 2v2s. Teammate grade is the number one thing you have to be focused on when it comes to level XP. That is how you get the most XP possible by having a super high teammate grade.

4. Rec

Next, we're going to head over to the subway and go right into the middle because this is something we highly recommend doing. Rec is a very good way to get XP. These games do take 30 minutes but you should be able to get at least one level at least in the early levels. If you can find a really good Rec squad, you will be in a great spot to get a lot of XP especially if you have at least two other friends. If you play 100 Rec games that should get you to level 40 to get the NBA 2K23 season 7 level 40 rewards!

5. Theater

Playing the theater is a super quick game but it isn’t the best way to level up because it doesn't get you a whole lot of XP. Although it probably will and it will be pretty efficient if you do win these games. They're really quick games, you can try them and see how well you like it for XP.

6. Events

There are always different types of events in NBA 2K23. Events give you a ton of XP as well depending on what type of event it is.
