What's Elevated Sextant In PoE?

Elevated Sextants are a special type of sextant introduced in Path of Exile 3.17.  Elevated Sextants are dropped by Sirus, Maven, and the Eater/Exarch Elderslayers. They function exactly like regular sextants but provide stronger mods with more beneficial effects. Elevated Sextant mods can boost map quant/pack size, add extra league mechanics, and more. Applying an Elevated Sextant will "elevate" a regular sextant in that map device slot, making it drop elevated mods only.
