What is the Blessing of Xoph in PoE?

Blessing of Xoph is a currency item in Path of Exile that upgrades specific Breach unique items and Breachstones associated with Xoph, the Breachlord of Fire and Ash. It can upgrade regular Breachstones into their Flawless versions and transform unique items such as Xoph’s Heart into Xoph’s Blood. When used, the blessing rerolls all implicit and explicit modifiers on the item but preserves quality, sockets, socket colors, and Elder or Shaper status.

Where & How To Farm Blessing of Xoph in PoE?

To increase efficiency, use map mods with breach influence, breach scarabs, and atlas passives that increase the number of clasped hands and splinter drops.
