Also, a permanent boost from an item called the Golden Scarab. With these two items, you're always going to be able to obtain additional runes and it will boost the overall amount of runes that you're going to get from any of our top 5 best Elden Ring rune farms 2024 for early and late game.

No.1  Elden Ring Best Rune Farm

  • Location: Lenne’s Rise

  • Level: Level 1-30+

  • Rune: 1400-12000

The first Elden Ring best rune farm 2024 can be done very early on in the game, we're talking about literally at the start of the game. You're going to travel to Lenne’s Rise, jump on your mount and you're going to run down the hill. This is an OG farm method, it was done when the game first came out and it was never patched. As you get to the bottom, there's going to be a massive Boulder that is going to spawn and try to crush you. All you have to do is dash fold on your mount and a rock is going to fall off the cliff, giving you anywhere between 1,400 runes outputs of 12,000 runes depending on which new game plush you’re on. Because this is an early game farm, most players are quite low in level anywhere between 0 to 30 so you're probably going to get about 1,400 runes.

No.2  Best Elden Ring Rune Farm

  • Location: Yelough Anix Tunnel

  • Level: 40-100+

  • Rune: 50000-380000

The next Elden Ring best rune farm location is a secret snow area in Yelough Anix Tunnel. You will have to take the lift down but if you already have this place discovered just teleport here. Activate the lift, and wait for the actual lift to come down if it's not already down. Jump on it, and go all the way to the top. Once you get to the top, you're going to do one crucial step to speed up this farm and that is send the elevator back down. Wait for the button to bounce back up, click it, and then run out of the cave. Then proceed to jump on your mount and you're going to see a pile of rocks in front of you, jump on these rocks then proceed to do a single jump.

After about half a second, proceed to follow up with a double jump, constantly swinging your weapon for about 60 seconds or technically anywhere from 30 to 60 seconds. That's how long it takes for the runes to appear because now we're despawning all the enemies and the map itself so they're all going to die. You're going to see a bunch of runes pop up in the bottom corner of your screen. However, this does depend on whichever new game plus you are on. The higher the new game plus, the more runes you are going to obtain. After receiving your runes, open up your map, teleport back to the mine, and jump back on the elevator because it should be down. You click the button go back up and repeat this until you are satisfied with however many runes you want to obtain.

No.3 Elden Ring Best Rune Glitch

  • Location: Underworld

  • Level: 50-300+

  • Rune: 150000-1200000

Underworld is one of the best Elden Ring rune farming spots 2024. Although this does have a setting up to do, it's nothing major. Travel to the Rose Church area, there isn't a rest point there, so you're going to have to manually run there. Once you get to this rest point, there's going to be an NPC by the name of White Mask just standing at the entrance to the church. Speak to him and he's going to give you 3 PVP based missions. Go ahead and complete the mission, they shouldn't take you more than 15 minutes to finish. Finishing them, return to White Mask, give him the quest and he's going to give you a reward that is going to be a medallion. If you go into your inventory, you click on the Medallion, it is going to teleport you to the underworld. Firstly go to the Dynasty Mausoleum Entrance, once at this rest point, jump off the little cliff, once at the bottom, summon your mount, and then follow the pathway until reach the cliffside. Start climbing it, once you get to the top, run forward and go in the same direction. You're going to go past the little hole in these rocks, jump in there, land on the platform inside of the hole, and then aim yourself outwards. Do a single jump into the hole, follow up with a double jump, and then constantly swing your weapon. After about 50 to 60 seconds, you can get anywhere between 150,000 runes up puts of 1.2 million runes every single time. So this is a broken Elden Ring rune exploit for 2024. There's no fighting involved and after the runes have appeared in the bottom part of your screen, open up your map and and teleport back to the rest point where we started. Rinse and repeat this method for as long as you want.

  • Location: Palace Approach Ledge-Road

  • Level: 75-700+

  • Rune: 50000-150000 (Per 5 Sec)

This best Elden Ring late game rune farm will give you millions upon millions of runes but you have to obtain an Elden Ring item, Sacred Relic Sword to do the farm. First, run out Palace Approach Ledge-Road rest point and you're going to see a crowd of enemies. Use the special ability on this sword and it will kill all of them incredibly quickly. In this specific location, the amount of rune you get will vary but we're talking about like 100k within 5 seconds based on the endgame weapon and a couple of playthroughs into the game. All you have to do is go ahead kill all of them, run back to the rest point rest, and then rinse and repeat. There is no method out there that is faster than this one but the requirements are annoying.

  • Level: 35-200+

  • Rune: 25000-60000 (Per 10 Sec)

This best rune farm in Elden Ring is the same as the last but could also be done in the early stages of the game. It's not difficult to get to the spot and you can use any bow. You're going to go ahead and pull out your bow, walk up to the edge and there's going to be an enemy massive cow walking around you. Simply, aim at him, shoot him and it's going to trigger him to run at you. Because he's a floor below you, he's going to fall and die and give you runes. Depending on whichever playthrough you are on, you can get anywhere between 20,000 to 60,000 runes.
