However many caused a drop in interest in the retail direction of the game. We've had some missed expansions in the past before a few times over you could say but never what many people would consider being two of them in a row. Dragonflight more so than any expansion before has a ton to live up to and a lot of work. October 25th is not a bunch of stuff to do but a lot of stuff to look at and interact with. The big update is on November 15th, let's find out what's happening on November 15.

WOW Dragonflight Prepatch Release Date Schedule

October 25th begins the Word of Warcraft Dragonflight pre patch update, but we will get some more features on November 15th and we're going to specify what all those features are and what is coming on those dates. This is everything coming in the Dragonflight pre-patch. October 25th is going to be your major date for the pre-patches when the Dragonflight event will be overtaking the Shadowlands client which will bring a whole bunch of new systems and things like. World of Warcraft's ninth expansion Dragonflight will be officially launching on November 28th.  On October 25th, there's not a bunch of stuff to do but a lot of stuff to look at and interact with. The big update is on November 15th, let's find out what's happening on November 15.

10 Changes In WOW Dragonflight Prepatch

1. New Default UI

The first major feature you're going to notice when you log in is the brand new UI, this is the first major overhaul of the UI that we've ever seen in World of Warcraft and it is bringing a bunch of new features including the edit mode, so you can now create the perfect UI for you. You can do all sorts of crazy things, you can have up to like nine action bars and you can move the map wherever you want and the portraits and all the bars. Basically create the UI that you want to create without the use of addons. Now addons still will exist and no doubt people will use them. But having all of this functionality inside the default UI definitely takes a load off the game and it's just really nice to have it as a default option.

Overall, this new UI is super customizable, it's got some great new features. You can import and share. If you have a streamer or a friend or anyone that has a really cool UI, you can ask them for their import string and you can import their exact UI which is definitely one of the cooler features of this brand-new WOW Dragonflight pre patch update.

2. Talents

The revamped talent system is coming on World of Warcraft pre patch Dragonflight launch. When you log into your character, you're going to have all of these brand-new talent trees to play around with. You have a talent tree for your class and you have a talent tree for your specialization. This includes all new spells and tier sets and legendaries going baseline with your character. So it's going to be really cool to see what people come up with. Blizzard has added the option of starter builds as well. So if you don't know what to pick you can just simply pick the default blizzard starter to build to get you started and kind of understand where you're at with the talent trees.

These talent trees are shareable as well. so if you make a brilliant talent tree or your friend makes a brilliant talent tree, you can take that and import it straight into your talents. These talents are changeable as long as you're outside of combat so if even out in the world you don't need to be in a rested location, these talents are super free to be changed and you can have loadout saved, and everything there are so many cool options with the talent builds.

3. New Class/Race Combos

Another thing to be excited about in Dragonflight prepatch is the edition of Rogues, Priests, and Mages for every single race. Rogues, Priests, and Mages will be available to every race as of October 25th including Torrens and Draenei, and Orcs and everybody is going to be able to be a Rogue, Priest, or Mage. You can race change to these if you really want to as well. But if you do want to make a brand new Rogue Priest, Mage you can be any race in World of Warcraft. They've said this is something that is going to continue throughout Dragonflight and beyond so hopefully one day we'll get to a point where every race can be every class or even close to at least.

4. Accessibility

Another pretty major change coming to the World of Warcraft Classic Dragonflight prepatch as a whole is more accessibility features. This includes an option for press-and-hold spell casting where you can simply just press one button and it will continually spam it while you hold it down. They've added Gamepad support for Xbox remotes and PlayStation remotes and switch remotes. The press and hold stuff in entrack keys are also a part of the GamePad support but also an accessibility feature making the game more available to more people is always a good thing.

5. Rated Solo Shuffle

Solo shuffle is a shadowlands PVP brawl that was tested over the duration of Shadowlands and is now becoming rated as of the pre-patch. This will obviously continue into season one of Dragonflight and beyond rated solo shuffle will be an option for solo players who want to do Arena just on their own with like a bunch of random six people. Solo shuffle is an option that is just available obviously on the Battlegrounds Tab. You'll have a rating for that and you can get all of the kind of normal rewards that you would from a regular Arena season from this rated solo Shuffle mode.

6. Dracthyr Evoker

On November 15th you'll have access to the Dracthyr Evoker, the brand new race class combination of Dragonflight. This is going to be super great, you need to pre-order Dragonflight if you do want to access them on November 15th. This comes with the brand new drag this starting zone the Forbidden Reach. You'll be able to play through that and level all the way to level 60 and do Shadowlands content with your Dracthyr Evoker. You will be able to create and play and do all the fun things with your Dracthyr Evoker as of November 15th which is two weeks before the expansion launches.

7. Pre Pacth event

The pre-patch event for WOW Classic Dragonflight will begin on November 15th. This includes elemental invasions in Badlands, Un'Goro Crater, and Northern Barrens. The rewards from this include some catch-up sets at item level 252 which are a unique appearance. Also, a brand new toy and a brand new limited-time heirloom are going to be available during this Dragonflight pre-patch event.

8. Uldaman: Legacy of Tyr

The brand new Uldaman: Legacy of Tyr will be available during this time for two weeks. Only at level 60, this will drop item level 278 item level gear. So if you want to test out those brand new talents your Dracthyr Evoker, all that good stuff. You'll be able to do ultimate Uldaman: Legacy of Tyr throughout the entirety of the two weeks leading up to the WOW Dragonflight launch date.

9. Leveling & Chromie Time Changes

on November 15th, chromie time will be going from Level 10-50 to level 10-60. You'll be able to level all the way up to the current max level of the pre-patch through chromie time. You can choose any expansion you like and that includes Shadowlands. If you have a brand new character, you will now have the choice to level from Level 10 to 60 through Shadowlands content. You can do it through Pandaria, you can do it through the legion content, or will it rain, or whatever you like all the way up to the max level of level 60 two weeks before the expansion launches.

Included in this update to leveling is also a massive reduction in the XP amount. Now the wisdom buff will be going away on November 15th but the XP amounts will be completely dropping by a massive percentage. You're definitely going to feel those XP reductions from November 15th.

10. Battle for Azeroth

The final kind of major change you're going to see on November 15th is that Battle for Azeroth content Kul Tiras and Zandalar by default will be level 10 to 60 going up from Level 10 to 50. this doesn't really affect max-level characters or anything like that but new characters or new players who want to level through Exile's Reach through Battle for Azeroth content can level all the way to level 60 through Kul Tiras through Zandalar. This is just a change that is going to kind of effect Dragonflight once that Launches on November 28th.

That is all of the major features coming to the Burning Crusade World of Warcraft Dragonflight pre-patch on October 25th and on November 15th, two very important dates to remember.
