1.  Skill Games

You can use your pro in the skills games and earn weekly XP in FIFA 23 Pro Clubs. The harder the skill game is, the more XP you can get. If you get a grade A, you are going to earn 300 XP for the most difficult skill game. This is a great leveling method in Pro Clubs, the only drawback is that it rewards XP up to 2000 per week, so when you hit the 2000 XP threshold, you need to wait for next week to do that again. The skill game takes about four to five minutes to complete. 

2.  Back Out

The next one is the backing out method which can be done in two different ways. The first one is you and your friend make a club, then you take turns and back out, the player to back out doesn't get the XP, but a player that didn't back out does get the XP. This would take about 800 games because you and your friend both have to back out. The second way you can do this is by having two consoles, you make an account, you get your second account in, and then you back out with your second account, this would take about 400 games to do, this is the one a lot of people have been doing. The back-out method takes about less than a minute to back out and then get back.

3.  Drop-Ins

In FIFA 23, drop-ins are only like four minutes each half, so that's equivalent to seven to eight minutes as long as you don't go to extra time, and it goes by really quickly, you can still play the game and earn XP. 

4.  Volta

This method requires you to go to Play Volta Squads. If you win, you get 1,200 XP, if you draw, you get 900 XP, and then if you lose you get 600 XP. The only thing about this method is you're gonna have random people that probably aren't gonna pass you the ball and it's probably a mess. This method takes about like five minutes to do per game.
