Elden Ring 1.07 Rune Farm Guide (Best Exploit & Locations)

With the new 1.07 update rolled out in Elden Ring, all major exploits were nerfed, but luckily there are some new rune farm working glitches have been discovered. So in this guide, follow us to learn the best unlimited rune farming methods (covering the new working exploits and locations) after the 1.07 patch!

Exploit 1 - Location: Dynasty Mausoleum Entrance (Underworld)

How To Get Runes:

• To go to the red part of the underworld, you have to unlock the area first

• So go to find the NPC by the name of White Mask at The First Step or Rose Church

• Speak to him, he will give you 2 simple quests that require you to do PVP-based activities

• After finishing the quests, go ahead and make your way back over to White Mask to get the reward - Pureblood Knight's Medal

• Enter your inventory and click on it, and it's going to give you a prompt asking if you want to teleport to a different location

• Go to the Underworld (Mohgwyn Palace) and head over to the Dynasty Mausoleum Entrance

• Jump off the ledge there, then jump on your horse

• Go and stick quite close to the massive Cliffside because you're going to go all the way around to the other side

• Once you are on the part of the cliff, proceed to start climbing these cliffs or jumping on the ledges that are sticking out and make your way

• All the way over to the top, there is going to be a giant skeleton behind you if you do trigger him, he will try to kill you, if you are quick enough, you will be able to bypass it

• Once make it all the way to the top, just simply run straight, and you will find a hole in a rock

• Go ahead and jump into the hole (don't fall into the hold), make sure you are able to double jump into the hole otherwise you won't be able to swing your sword

• Keep swinging your sword after a little while of swinging about 30 to 410 seconds, you will receive a bunch of Elden Ring runes.

Exploit 2 - Location: Mohgwyn Dynasty Mausoleum

How To Get Runes: 

• Go to Mohgwyn Dynasty Mausoleum in Mohgwyn Palace, on the western side

• Take right, go directly upstairs

• Pass through a few enemies (make sure don't get too close and gang up on them if you are at low level, otherwise you will be stuck by them) and reach a dark cave as you do go up more

• Use Lantern or other light sources for illumination and travel through this cave by going towards the left and taking a right (don't stop and stick around here too long as an enemy will spawn on the left)

• Head directly forward to the Lost Grace and reach the Dynasty Mausoleum midpoint

• Head over to the top left of this location

• Exit out of the Lost Grace, head towards the ledge and drop down below

• Jump forward, land on a stone platform on the cliff, then keep jumping and survive land on a wide open space

• Continue forward to the east, jump down and hop on top of the rock

• Try to use your mount to jump if you are able to use it, then process forward and try to hop down between the hole

• Then jump off the map and continue to swing your weapon (swing every five seconds that should be safe) for about 30-45 seconds

• The rune will begin to drop in about 1 minute after dropping into the hole and will be some more runes if you wait it out

• Once you did, open up the menu and travel back toward the midpoint, rinse and repeat this until you have enough rune

Exploit 3 - Location: Mohgwyn Palace (Palace Approach Ledge-Road)

How To Get Runes:

• Head forward to Approach Ledge-Road

• Jump on your horse at Mohgwyn Palace and run down the hill

• Follow this path and avoid the monsters along the way

• Head forward and cross the blood lake (a river in red color) directly

• Until you see a dry tree close to the cliff by the river, jump onto the cliff

• Take a double jump toward the dry tree

• Stand in this position and then jump to the front and then jump to the left

• Then jump up the cliff next to it (the stone is covered in blood)

• Keep jumping up until reaching the top of the cliff

• Continue to the northeast until you reach the edge of the cliff

• Double jump down to the stone platform under the edge, then double-jump off the map

• Continue to swing your weapon and runes will drop (don't forget to use the Gold Scarab and the Gold-Pickled fowl foot to get a rune bonus)

• Hit the map and go back to the Site of Grace, repeat as many as you want

Exploit 4 - Location: Mohgwyn Palace (Palace Approach Ledge-Road)

How To Get Runes:

• Head forward to Mohgwyn Palace in Approach Ledge-Road

• Jump on your horse and run down the hill (go behind the rock right there)

• Once make it behind the rock, proceed to start jumping across ledges sticking out of the cliffside

• Keep jumping across till you get to the other side (your camera goes into buzzer view)

• Once you get to the end of it, jump off (doing a single jump then a double jump)

• Keep swinging your weapon, after 30 seconds, you will receive between 150,000 to 350,000 runes

• Once done, open up the map and teleport back to the original area to rinse and repeat 

Exploit 5 - Location: Lenne's Rise (Infant XP Border Farm)

How To Get Runes:

• Head over to Lenne's Raise and jump on your horse

• Run down the hill and cross under the bridge

• Boulder spawns once you pass this area, proceed to turn around

• Try to dodge the boulder by running past it and have it fall off the cliff

• Once the boulder falls off the cliff, 1500 to 5000 runes will be delivered to you

• Go back to the rest point, rinse and repeat (if you do this at night, you have a chance of getting a boulder with growing ads giving extra runes)
