What is Blessing of Tul in PoE?

Blessing of Tul is a currency item in Path of Exile that upgrades specific Breach items and Breachstones. It is connected to Tul, the Breachlord of Ice and Chill. The blessing can upgrade regular Breachstones to their Flawless versions and transform certain unique items associated with Tul into more powerful variants, such as The Halcyon into The Pandemonius, The Snowblind Grace into The Perfect Form, and Tulborn into Tulfall. When applied, all item modifiers are rerolled while preserving quality, sockets, socket colors, and Elder/Shaper status.

Where & How To Farm Blessing of Tul in PoE?

To farm Blessing of Tul, you need to enter Tul’s Domain by using Tul’s Breachstone in the map device. Tul’s Breachstone is crafted from 100 Splinters of Tul, which drop from Breach monsters and clasped hands in breaches. Upon entering Tul’s Domain, activate the breach to start a 25-second timer that extends by one second for each monster killed. Clear the monsters efficiently to keep the breach active and eventually face Tul, Creeping Avalanche, at the end of the breach. Defeating her grants a chance to drop Blessing of Tul. For faster and more profitable runs, use map mods with Breach influence, breach scarabs, Atlas passives that increase breach monster count and splinter drops, and Zana’s breach scarab mods. Additionally, Legion encounters can spawn breaches that help gather more splinters. High mobility, survivability, and area damage are key for clearing breaches quickly.
